There were a bunch of BMX Day jams that went off this past weekend, and it looks like San Diego had a huge one. Here’s a raw cut Our BMX put together from the day of riding a ton of spots and cruising the streets. There were a ton of Pros that turned out for this one, too! Check it!

Mike Gray threw the 6th annual Canadian BMX Day jam at an outdoor park for everyone to get together for a day of riding, good times and ree goodies from the sponsors. The crew in Malaga celebrated BMX Day right…
BMX Day was on July 20th and riders all around the world got together for a session. The crew in Malaga, Spain pulle out a few flat rails and spent the day cruising a plaza spot. Here’s a video Yoni Cadenas put together from the day! As expected, it looks like it was an awesome day! Check it out!
“The 20th day was the international day of the BMX, so we did not hesitate to celebrate a day like this in Malaga and take advantage of it for a street jam, we had an incredible afternoon with a very good atmosphere, neither the terral and the 47 degrees that could not with all the guys who burst that rail of S & M Bikes. With many Malageña rock but some of Algeciras, who wanted to spend this great day in the streets of Malageñas!”

There’s no doubt that BMX Day leads to some insane mobs of riders bombing through the streets of cities all around the world, and we’re sure it pisses some cops off because of the commotion it can create, and probably a bit of a safety issue. It looks like things got a little heated in San Diego where the Cops had enough of the BMX Day crowd and took a rider out and arrested him. We’re not sure if there’s more to this story or if he was just the unlucky dude they happened to stop, but there were literally hundreds of other riders cruising right on by as they cuffed this kid. Pretty wild considering they should have technically stopped everyone versus just one guy since they all were doing the same exact thing. Either way, check out the video below to see it all go down.

If you caught the past few videos from Billy Perry you probably knew that he took a trip over to London, England for The Street Series and BMX Day. Here’s a video he put together giving us a look at what went down from his point of view! Looks like it was an amazing day despite not the best weather.
“I visited London to attend the last official “The Street Series” that took place on July 22nd. It ended up raining so we didn’t get to ride any street spots, but madness ensued at London’s famous South Bank skatepark! Massive thanks to Monster and The Street Series for throwing this event. Every year Mike Grey throws the Canadian BMX Day jam and every year it looks like it’s such a good time. Here’s a look at what went down earlier this month when Mike threw the 4th annual jam at the Richmond Green Skatepark. It looks like there was a huge turn out, plenty of prizes for all the riders and a ton of wild riding that went down! Check it!

Here’s another one from The Street Series stop in Melbourne, Australia with some of the Wethepeople team. “One day around the world, BMXers hit the streets for the honorary BMX Day (it’s actually 7/20, but The Street Series pushes it to the closest Saturday). This year I jumped on a 16 hour plane ride, landed at 8am, and was in the streets by 11am to witness the Australian BMX scene in its full fucking awesomeness. If I’m being honest, I did a rather poor job of capturing just how hilarious and awesome the day was. Constant heckling, laughs from every direction, and some downright awesome riding from the locals. Ed Zunda was the official host of the day, but he’s a man of few words, so just enjoy the randomness.

Much like the other events that went down around the world, there was a massive turnout of riders that lead to plenty of dialed riding and good times! The crew at BMXASHKA dropped this video giving you a look at what went down throughout the day as the crew rolled to a handful of spots around the city.
