Sneak Peek: Shadow Conspiracy – Kobra Sprocket & Maya Grips

The Shadow Conspiracy dropped a sneak preview of some fresh product they will be releasing in July on their Instagram account. Above you can get a look at the Lahsaan Kobza signature Kobra sprocket and below that is the new Joris Coulomb signature Maya grips. Both appear to have a unique design with Lahsaan’s diagonal spokes on the sprocket versus the traditional radial design and the divots on Joris’ grips that kind of remind us of the Vans x Cult grips, but different. We’ll get you guys the full details on both of these new products as soon as they become available.

Product: Eclat – Alex Kennedy Signature AK Guard Sprocket

Are you thinking it’s time to replace your BMX sprocket with something new? Have you taken a look at the new Alex Kennedy signature AK Guard sprocket from Eclat yet? This sprocket is CNC machined from 8mm thick 6061-T6 alloy with a 10mm thick replaceable nylon and fiberglass guard that helps keep the sprocket safe from wear and tear. The sprocket features plenty of details with multiple levels of machining on the actual sprocket, a sunken adapter for better chain alignment and two small embossed Eclat logos on the guard itself. The guard is held on by four small bolts making it so you can easily remove and replace the guard when you have worn it down. The AK Guard sprocket has a 24mm bore, with 22mm and 19mm adaptors included, comes in black and 25-tooth only, weighs in at 5.29 oz. and is available for about $54.99 through BMX shops and mail-orders that carry Eclat worldwide now.

Product: BSD – Sticker Bomb Sprocket

Product: S&M Bikes – Sweet Leaf Parts

We caught a look at the Enduro V2 stem in Sweet Leaf a few weeks back, but it looks like S&M Bikes are offering it more than just one on that one stem. Product: Primo – Solid Guard Sprocket

It looks like Primo have released a full guard sprocket based around their Solid V2 sprocket that has been out for a little while now. The Solid Guard sprocket is CNC machined from aluminum and (since we couldn’t find full specs / details anywhere) we’re assuming that the actual sprocket (not including the guard) is 1/4″ thick with offset 1/8″ teeth for chain alignment. They’ve done a unique weld looking logo on the sprocket versus the laser etched version of the regular Solid V2 sprocket as well. Available in 25 and 28 tooth sizes, 15/16″ bore (24mm) with 22 and 19mm adaptors included, colors of red, black, polished, gold and oil slick with a weight of 6 oz. and a price tag of around $59.99.

Product: Salt Plus – Acid Cyan Colorway

Salt Plus have released their new 2016 range of products through their dealers worldwide. One group of products in particular we were looking forward to the release of are the Acid Cyan colorway parts that we caught a sneak peek of a little while back. Now that they’re finally here, we figured it would be a good time to give you a look at their Trapeze V2 freecoaster, Trapez V2 Cassette, Trapeze V2 front hub, Orion full guard sprocket, Mesa rim and Center V2 top load stem that all come in the color. Product: Merritt – Pentagaurd Sprocket

The Brandon Begin signature Pentaguard sprocket from Merritt has arrived. Above is a quick video that Merritt have released giving you a look at Mike Brennan opening up the fresh shipment they received in New Jersey. The Pentaguard sprocket is CNC machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with a 5 spoke design with additional cut outs for weight savings and 4 bolt holes to rotate the sprocket to get maximum life. The sprocket comes with a 24mm bore with 19mm and 22mm adaptors. It’s available in 25 tooth only, with colors of black, polished and purple and a weight of 5.08 oz.
