Sneak Peek: TLC Bikes – Vice Stem

Here’s a little sneak peek for those of you looking for a new BMX Stem. The guys over at TLC Bikes are working on two new stems that will be going by the name “Vice stem”. The Vice stem will be available in a front load and topload (not pictured) version. Both are CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and they will be available in black, polished and rainbow finish with chromoly and Titanium bolt upgrade options. Both stems should be available in November, so keep an eye out. We’ll get full specs and details when they become available.

Insight: Demolition Parts – Tyler Fernengel’s Paradise Line

A few weeks back at Interbike, we got a look at Tyler Fernengel‘s signature Paradise line that features bars, a top load stem and seat that will be available in Tripod and Pivotal versions. With the line dropping in just a few weeks at the end of October, we figured it would be a good time to take a closer look at the line and see just what it’s all about. Product: Fit Bike Co. – High Top V2 Stem

On the hunt for a new BMX Stem? Well, maybe the 2nd version of Fit Bike Co.‘s High Top stem is what you’re looking for! The High Top V2 is made from cast 6061-T6 aluminum with a 51mm reach, 32mm stack height and 35mm rise (3mm inverted). The stem features recessed sides and bottom for weight saving, a recessed top for a flush compression cap, a machined FIT logo on the top plate and 6 solid chromoly bolts to keep it tight. .

The High Top V2 is available in colors of black, chrome, raw and green with a weight of 12.15 oz. through BMX shops and mail-orders that carry Fit Bike Co. worldwide now.

Sneak Peek: Vocal BMX – Flathead Stem

Vocal BMX just sent over information on their new Flathead top load stem that will be available soon! This stem is CNC machined from 6061 aluminum with a 48mm reach, 31.5mm stack height and 48mm width. You can find additional machining around the edges, side and bottom to help reduce the weight, they have decided not to remove any material where the stem meets the fork so that you get as much clamping surface area as possible, gave the back a larger radius to keep your knees happy, a machined Vocal logo on the top cap and side scallops to give it a hot rod look, solid chromoly bolts for strength and a recessed top for a flush fork cap!

We have always seen unique colorway options available on BMX frames and parts, but it seems like lately we have seen some exceptionally unique colors that look amazing. Product: Tree Bicycle Co. – Timmy Theus Signature Topload Stem

Is it time for a new BMX stem? Tree Bicycle Co. have released Timmy Theus’ signature topload stem for you to get your hands on. This stem is CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum with a 50mm reach, 23mm rise and 31mm stack height. This stem features a wedge cut design which helps to raise your bars, but not as much as a traditional top load stem does. They have given the stem and smooth and compact design with internal machining to help reduce weight without sacrificing strength and there are 6 solid chromoly 6mm hex head bolts to keep it all tight.

Product: Verde – Regent Topload Stem

This stem is CNC machined from 6061 aluminum with a 50mm reach, 32mm stack height and 25mm rise (7mm inverted). The stem features chamfered edges, a machined bottom section to help reduce weight, a debossed Verde logo in the face plate, a recessed top for a flush compression cap for your fork and 6 full chromoly bolts to keep this stem tight and strong. The Regent topload stem weights in at 11.2 oz. and comes in black, polished and red for colors.
