Here’s a look at the highlights that went down during the low and long session of the Play Contest that went down in Mike Spinner’s backyard this past weekend!
Stranger – Strange Days Ep 2
Last week’s “Strange Days” was all behind the scenes footage from the Stranger team shooting for their promo. This week they flipped the script and it’s all riding! The crew visited the TIP Plus ramps and hammered out just shy of 5 minutes of great lines with a little help from some Primo affiliates.
Red Bull – Hanging Foul with Corey Bohan Episode 9
Even though there has been a ton of coverage from Texas Toast already released, this is well worth watching. Toast wasn’t a great highlight of Corey’s year results wise, but it still looks like he enjoyed the event overall. Highlights include him describing Chris Childs “riding like he doesn’t give a shit”, the slow motion footage of Tyler Fernegel’s terrifying crash, and the girl/shirt at 1:24.
Sunday Night At Stvanice
Jakub Juza, Michal Šmelko, and Ondřej Hudec get an incredible amount of clips done in one night at Stvanice Skatepark. What a great looking park, shame we can’t all have something like that around.
The Come Up – Woodward West Session
While all of the top pros were at Woodward West for Vital’s Game of BIKE, Steve Croteau shot some non-contest footage from the likes of Sean Morr, Devon Smillie, JJ Palmere, Morgan Long, Caleb Quanbeck, and more for TCU.
Fit – Joel Barnett’s “Summer’s Over” Edit

From the tone of this edit, you can tell that Joel Barnett is pretty bummmed about the warm months being a thing of the past. At least he got to ride some solid spots and clock some footy while the gettin’ was good though!

Finally! I’ve been waiting for this one. Eclat just dropped their next installment of their Natives series! This time around they’re getting to know Geoff Slattery and seeing how he lives! Definitely one video you don’t want to miss!

They are Nathan Williams, Shane Weston, Geoff Slattery, Darryl Tocco, Chester Blacksmith and Sean Burns. This, the fifth part is with Geoff Slattery.
We visit his hometown, see where he grew up and ask him a few questions on life, BMX and the destruction of his locals trails. Geoff was injured (as you can tell) during the filming of this but still managed to squeeze a quick session in.

Haro – Chris Nicol Edit
The Australian invasion continues! Haro‘s Chris Nicol recently spent some time up here getting his first taste of America. Check this video to see some of the riding he got in on a few different ramp setups from Dennis Enarson’s to the Mission skatepark in San Diego! Plenty of goodness!
