Cinema Wheel Co. X Monster – #DownTheMiddle Trip

It looks like Cinema Wheel Co. and Monster‘s Nathan Williams, Dakota Roche and Dan Lacey will be tearing a path across Europe from Denmark down through Hungary and ending in Greece! If you’re in this path of destruction it’s advises you get as close as possible so you have a chance to meet these guys.

“#Downthemiddle will see Dan Lacey, Dakota Roche and Nathan Williams trip from Copenhagen > Budapest > Athens through the first 2 weeks of September filming for the upcoming Cinema DVD whilst mixing in some local signing sessions and demos as shown on the flyer attached.

You will be able to follow all updates via #Downthemiddle and a full recap edit filmed and edited by Will Stroud will be released after the tour alongside an article in DIG BMX.“

Jibs N Salsa 2: Second Helpings

Andy Maguire has been back on his editing game after he got hurt the other week… Not to say it’s awesome he got hurt, but I’ve been stoked on the new videos. Here’s the latest Jibs N Salsa video he just put out. As you can imagine by the title, this is a lot of jibby riding instead of gnarly rails and bangers but it’s full of goodness. Take a peek!

No Fear Proving Grounds – Stop 2: Long Beach

Miles Rogoish made his way to the Houghton Skatepark in Long Beach the other day to check out the riding that was going down during the No Fear Proving Grounds contest. Take a look at all the riding that went down from the young bucks all the way up through the old dogs. Plenty of goodness in this one.

“The Second Stop of the No Fear Proving Grounds took place this past Sunday in Long Beach at the Houghton Park. It was a perfect day with cooler than normal weather and minimal falls for the level of riding that went down. Local icons and pros were on hand to shred and show support. The park includes bowl sections with double coping spine, and vert wall on one side and a street style course on the other. The younger riders continued to impress everyone there with their over coping whips and barspins. The entire group of riders showed they knew how to pump the bowl and generate speed for some fast lines. The street side of the park had its fair share of combos going down from uprail hard 180’s to tooth hangers and a few wild park exits off a 10 foot wedge over a fence 20 or so feet away. And, of course, the 35 and older crew put on an awesome show mixing the old with the new. You give the Kings Ride Shop crew 4 pallets, some plywood, a generator and some lights in a parking lot and you will get a rad video from a chill session! Take a peek at what went down!

“Fellas put some pallets to use for a chill simple set up. Josh can put down tons of smooth variations making the simplest set up something unique. David Aleman adding to it with tech lines. All in all it was a good night with chill vibes with the Kings crew. Special thanks go out to Dustin Helm with the lighting, clips & man pads, Jeffery Robert with the generator to light the place up and getting some angles, and Jess Colella with the help of Kyle Helm dusting the place for nails and helping set up.
