Shadow team riders Caleb Quanbeck, Lahsaan Kobza, and Johnny Devlin paid a visit to the legendary Albe’s bike shop and rode with the locals. Looks like both the pros and the kids killed it and there was pizza, which makes everything better!
Scott Ditchburn is a grinding master, so he is the perfect person to teach you how to do an X Up Grind. Adam22 is in the mix as well to keep the explanation going and add some comedy. As someone who does these, I can tell you that he mentions some important tips that could really help.
