Head over to the Demolition site to check out a brand new bike check with the boss man, Brian Castillo. It doesn’t get any more rider owned than this. So much shine on that thing.
Volume Bikes posted up some photos and a bike check with Brian Castillo. Not only is he a amazing rider but a pretty awesome dude… go check it now.
I got a copy of Demolition‘s “Last Chance” in the mail the other day. Let me tell you first off, I was excited because of all the positive comments and all of the photos and trailers and scrap clip edits from the guys on the team this past year and a half or so. However, that set my expectations a little higher than I usually would with a video. Take a look at what I thought, and then find out how you can EASILY win yourself a copy of the video…
Whenever I think of when I first remember seeing something from Volume or Demolition, I think of about 8 years ago or so when a guy was at the local trails on a Dinosaur frame. The guy was really good, and I was at that point where I was convinced riding a certain part or frame would be what made you good. I was only 12 or 13 at the time, but that’s okay.
A lot of things have changed since then. Frames no longer weigh more than me, I’ve accepted riding a certain part will never automatically give me tailwhips, and that if a brand is doing something right, they will continue to exist. With that being said, it was time we did a little catch up with Brian Castillo about the happenings over at Volume and Demolition these days.
