Freedom BMX coming through with another video from this years Butcher Jam over in Germany! Here’s a look at the top 3 runs from BMX Park Qualifying! This is just a small sample of what went down, but you get to see just how crazy things were getting for the packed crowd taking it all in. “Finally it’s international again in the Schlachthof BMX and Skatepark Flensburg! In addition to heaps of German starters, drivers from the USA, Great Britain, Greece and Denmark have traveled to the Butcher Jam 2022. Accordingly, things are going well there!

The annual Butcher Jam over in Germany always looks like such a good time. The crew over at Freedom BMX released a raw cut from the street section at the Slaughterhouse park giving us a look at the riding and good times that were had. As expected, there was a real solid turn out for this one. Take a look!

“As a warmup for the first party of the Butcher Jam 2022 in Flensburg, the street area in the slaughterhouse was dismantled and two kegs of free beer were drunk (thanks @SIBMX).

“Hello! Today we get in touch with the Waterkant, where the Butcher Jam 2019 was rung in on the street evening on Friday evening – and that’s where it got down to business again this year. Not least due to the fact that the newly-baked X-Games silver medalist Felix Prangenberg was there to take the DIY park apart all day long. OMG! But also what the other guys delivered, was worth all honors. Last but not least, the performance of Leon Hoppe, who was once again at the start after a long absence from the contest and turned the handlebars as if he had never been away. 47!

An extra big thank you goes out to SIBMX, who jumped free beer during the contest. Jasia! Pssst, small tip: Bodo Hellwig of SIBMX is today’s birthday. So congratulate if you run into him today in the slaughterhouse BMX and Skate Park Flensburg!

The annual Butcher Jam over in Germany is one of those contests that you can always count on things absolutely nuts. Although this year caught a bit of rain and bad weather, that didn’t keep the contest from happening and the riders from dropping hammers on the park, street and dirt sections. “The starting field at this year’s Butcher Jam was not only more international than ever, but also the highest caliber. Beginner, girls, amateurs and pros from Australia, England, Russia, Croatia, Austria, Norway, Costa Rica, the Netherlands, Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic, Germany and so had the Whitsun weekend found the way to Flensburg to the slaughterhouse after all rules of Crossradkunst disassemble. Since even had the weather gods relented and granted some breaks between rainstorms, so all classes and disciplines could be pulled through.

Kudos to the performance of the sports pirates to Dirk Dillmann, thanks to their commitment to the Butcher Jam has become in recent years a fixture in the international contest schedule.
