Monster Street Series 2015 – Chicago – BMX Day
On Saturday, July 18th, BMX riders from around the world were celebrating BMX day. Monster Energy threw a massive 5 event day with Street Series jams going down cities all across the world. This year featured Street Series stops in Riga, Latvia, Glasgow, Scotland, Nagoya, Japan, Chicago, Illinois and San Francisco, California.
We’re very excited to present to you a video from the Monster Street Series stop in Chicago! Despite being incredibly hot with temps in the 90’s and thunderstorms lingering, there was a massive turn out of BMX riders from Chicago all the way to the U.K and Germany in attendance. This video features riding from Timmy Theus, Dan Kruk, Trent McDaniel, Joe Jarvis, Dylan Gold, Alex Duleba, Mike Stahl, Austin Auginbaugh, Julias Carrasquillo, Dylan McCauley, Mike Strong and Carlo Hoffmann! Big shout out to Dan Lacey for making the trip over to help everyone celebrate in Chicago!

Had the accident not happened, there’s no doubt in our minds that Glenn would have been at this jam pulling off some of the most amazing riding throughout the day! Yesterday was the finals for the 2015 Munich Mash BMX Street Rink contest with some of the best BMX Street riders in the world hitting the course, things were bound to get wild! The Street Series 2015 – Chicago Flyer
The second stop of The Street Series for 2015 has been announced! On July 18th, they will be invading Grant Park Plaza then hitting the streets to find out just what Chicago has to offer. They will have Dan Lacey on hand so you know things are going to get wild! If you’re in the area, this is one event you cannot miss.
