Demolition posted up their recent print ad featuring Chris Doyle and their new Revolt cranks. It sounds like the cranks have been doing pretty well with the team, so it will be interesting to see how they do when they are released. In other Chris Doyle news, Demolition was apparently trying to sneak the news about Chris’ new signature bars. You can take a closer look at the Suburban bars by hitting that link. Good things coming from Volume and Demolition this year.
The new Demoltion video “Last Chance” is looking to be pretty epic. I can’t wait for this to come out. I think the trailer should sum it up enough for you.
“Demolition Parts, Last Chance Trailer 2. Starring J. Enns, C. Doyle, D. Enarson, R. Wise, D. Dillewaard, D. Osato, R. Jordan, A. Mancuso, Lil-D, C. Lodes, C. Rigal, T. Roskelley & many more”
Chris is another one of those names who has been popping up more and more lately in the filming and editing side of BMX these days. Whether it’s for a Vital exclusive, or a Volume web edit, I never have to question if it’s going to be a quality video to check out. Not only that, his brother is Matty and that should create some sort of fear because of what these two combined can create. I’ve wanted to get this interview for quite a while now, and it’s finally a reality. Check out what Chris has to say and then leave him some love in the comments!
Name: Chris Long
Whenever I think of when I first remember seeing something from Volume or Demolition, I think of about 8 years ago or so when a guy was at the local trails on a Dinosaur frame. The guy was really good, and I was at that point where I was convinced riding a certain part or frame would be what made you good. I was only 12 or 13 at the time, but that’s okay.
A lot of things have changed since then. Frames no longer weigh more than me, I’ve accepted riding a certain part will never automatically give me tailwhips, and that if a brand is doing something right, they will continue to exist. With that being said, it was time we did a little catch up with Brian Castillo about the happenings over at Volume and Demolition these days.
Corey is going to be the start of an endless list of east coast interviews that are getting worked on right now. This interview is pretty funny for a couple of reasons, but I’ll just tell you that Corey is unique. From doing 900’s to almost doing porn, it’s all pretty interesting. Check out what he had to say, along with some photos and videos, then leave him some love in the comments!
