Doomed Jam In Bristol

May 16, 2019

The Doomed crew threw a jam last weekend in Bristol and you better believe a ton of riders turned out for it. Here’s a video giving you a look at all the riding and good times that were had on the ramps at Crucial BMX!

“Caped heroes from all over the UK made for Bristol, UK last Saturday to see who could fly the furthest, do the most stunts and keep Fathead from losing the plot. Enjoy all the best from the day.

The Doomed jam was all about fun, DIY ramps, some beers, a bit of jumping as far as you can with a cape on to win some cash and fathead on the microphone. It took place on May 11th in Bristol in the carpark behind Crucial BMX. Kai Schulte was the DAS CAPEMAN contest, he flew the furthest. He win a gold plastic trophy as well. Thanks to 4Down and Crucial for the support.” – DIG

Matt Comeau – Maple Of My Eye

May 9, 2019

We haven’t seen Matt Comeau‘s name pop up much the past few years, and now we now why! He’s been slowly stacking clips for this new edit that is packed with a ton of really good clips. This has a little bit of everything from a big smith grind off a roof to smaller jibby type clips, making for a real good watch. Take a look!

“Fiend holds their cards close to their chest as far as videos and riders go and here we have a prime example of why with their Canada AM rider from Halifax Canada, Matt Comeau. You might not have heard of him but he comes in with a bang, with lining up tight transitions, super tech combos, things that seem very nbd, this is definitely one to watch.” – DIG

“This is Matt’s first release since getting on Fiend and only web video since we released BUSINESS II. We’ve been working on this since Spring 2017, a long time for a web video but we wanted to try and be selective with the clips we used so we could release something great. It was filmed all over the Maritimes of Canada, Montreal, Barcelona and New York City.” – Ian Fleming

Carlos Vinuesa “All Right, You Got It”

May 1, 2019

It has been quite some time since we’ve seen a fresh BMX video out of Carlos Vinuesa, but it’s clear he has been out there crushing spots over in Spain. Here’s a fresh batch of clips that were filmed over the course of the past two years that you’ll definitely want to check out. Grinds, big 360’s, plenty of nose balance and more to check out. This is one you won’t want to pass up!

“Carlos Vinuesa really put himself through the ringer for this one via filmer Gonzalo Caballero. Carlos filmed for this in between working at a bar on a daily basis and also suffered a nasty ankle injury in the process, but damn was it worth it! After nearly two years shot in Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga, Granada and Salamanca, he can sit back and be proud of this one. End clip is a beast.

DIY BMX Worlds 2019 – Stop One: The Lost Bowl

April 30, 2019

The DIY BMX Worlds are back for 2019! Here’s a highlight video from the first round at The Lost Bowl! Needless to say, the backyard was packed and there was a ton of dialed riding going on from the bowl to the roof of the shed. Take a look at everything that went down and expect pretty more from the other stops this year.

““The FBM X DIG BMX DIY World Championships is not only the premiere contest series in BMX, but is a double points qualifier for the Olympics. At the Lost Bowl 4/20 season opener we gave away a custom painted Biltwell Gringo moto helmet, 69 dollars and a bag of weed to the winners of Best trick and ‘High Air’ before going to Wonderland to see Bert, Ski and Gary Ginches – Bon Scott era AC/DC cover band called HIGH VOLTAGE where they changed the words to DIRTY DEEDS DONE BERT CHEAP, while Bert’s Mom fist pumped and drank beer, standing in front of the crowd right at the stage. The whole weekend was a surreal BMX intersection of transcendental metaphysical hyperbolic cosmos and radabonzical friendly awesomeness. The Stoke was high…” – Steve Crandall
