Ender Ender – Mike “Jersey” Taylor

July 27, 2018

Mike “Jersey” Taylor sits down to talk about his crazy ender from the BSD “Transmission” DVD…

Anyone who has watched Mike “Jersey” Taylor ride, knows that the dude is an absolute savage on two wheels. While filming for his BSD “Transmission” DVD part, he had a mission of knocking out this crazy curved wallride to grind for his part. Although it’s crazy and he figured it out, it didn’t just happen first go! Here’s a look at what it took to make it happen!

“If you ever need a lesson in dedication, then Mike ‘Jersey’ Taylor is the man to look at. Back in 2012 he began his curved wallride to pegs mission and lets just say, it didn’t go smoothly. Over to years and multiple attempts later and Jersey finally cracked it – watch the whole epic process in our latest episode of Ender Ender. What a guy!

Drinking Black Coffee – The Art of Steve Crandall

July 20, 2018

Steve Crandall gives us some insight into how art keeps him moving…

Here’s a rad video that gives us some insight into how Steve Crandall looks at art and how it keeps him motivated in everything he does from building trails, painting, doing projects for FBM and more. Steve has a great perspective on things and it’s a good reminder that you need to do what makes you happy. Take a look!

“A person’s motivation reveals a lot about them. and I wanted to find out more about what motivates the one and only Steve Crandall beyond what we know of him with FBM.

Always creating and enjoying things with the community that he surrounds himself with, Crandall’s intentions through life are pure, and his actions reflect that. He holds BMX values as a foundation and that spreads into every aspect of his life. Whether he’s coasting a big bike down a hill, digging in the dirt, or painting a coffee cup, it all comes from the same place and for the same reasons.

This short film was shot in early April 2018 and documents Crandall in Richmond VA dealing with his first ever solo art show, and his preparation for the show 6 hours north in his hometown of Ithaca NY. – Kenny Horton

Act Like You Know – Gods Work

July 18, 2018

The Act Like You Know crew had a ton of leftover footage from their “Fed Up With The Bullshit” video…

The Act Like You Know crew released their “Fed Up With The Bullshit” DVD a little while back (You can check out the full video below), and now we get over 20 minutes of footage that didn’t make it into the DVD. This is filled with riding and non-riding footage, plenty of neighborhood superheroes and kooks, and much more. This might be b-roll footage but it’s all well worth the watch. Check it out!

“Enjoy over 20 minutes of bonus footage and b-roll from ALYK’s ‘Fed Up With The Bullshit’ DVD. When you work on a project like this you end up with a bunch of extra riding clips and having caught plenty of random encounters on camera. Sometimes it’s your usual run in with the police, or it could be a concerned property owner, and then there are those who are either psyched or irate about what you are doing. It’s all part of the process though, and for those involved can be some of the longest lasting memories from the days spent out filming.

Yoyo’s Pool Party

July 6, 2018

“If someone gets hurt, I am NOT responsible… and I’m not taking them to the hospital, either!”

It’s not every day that you get the chance to ride a pool that was built specifically for riding. 15 years ago Dave Arnold built a pool in his backyard and it has made appearances over the years as a few well known names have stopped by for a session. It had been a while since Dave threw a party in the backyard, so he got it cleaned up, built a few sub boxes, sent out an invite to Donald Trump and got everyone out for a day of riding and good times. Here’s a look at what went down!

“Dave Arnold has been a part of the UK punk/hardcore, BMX and skate scenes since the early eighties… and has been a long time friend of DIG. The ex Jailcell Recipes bass player went on to build a bunch of UK parks and event courses over the years and around 2002 he decided to build a little slice of California in his own backyard, near Wigan in the UK.

Over the years it fell into a state of disrepair, and disillusioned by the division and lack of real life connections he sees in the current UK BMX scene, he recently decided to clean the Pool and get a bunch of old and new friends together for YoYo’s Pool Party, 2018. Longtime friend Alan Woods from, Alans BMX got involved and pulled in support from 4Down, Seventies and more.

On the day the likes of Mike Curley, Jonny Devine, Tom Russell and Fathead mixed it with various UK legends such as Owain Clegg, Ian Morris and Chris Mahoney. Good times and tunes were provided by Double Dutch and entertainment from ol’ Donnie Dummy The Dictator kept the good times going long into the evening.

YoYo’s Pool Party was supported by Shadow and these Official DIG Partners: S&M, BSD, WETHEPEOPLE

Dave would also like to thank Northern Beer Temple and The Coven.” – DIG

Focalpoint – Dream Rail Session

July 2, 2018

Some of the Focalpoint crew have a killer session on a dream rail…

It’s always wild what can go down when you get the right crew on the right setup. The Focalpoint squad recently got a heavy session in on a perfect rail setup, and the guys went to work stacking a ton of great clips. Here’s a look at what went down!

“A bunch of crew from Melbourne get busy on a perfect looking rail setup. Riders featured are: Kym Grosser, Sean Falkenstein, Jake Deering, James Pease, Tasman Murray and Brad Anderson.

Shot and cut by Cooper Brownlee.” – DIG BMX
