Justen Soule has been one of our favorite film makers in BMX for quite some time and it’s pretty clear as to why! This past year, Justen was a busy guy in and outside of BMX working on projects. He decided to put together a fresh reel to start the year off with a look back on some of the videos and motion graphics work he produced!

Drew Bezanson Off The Shadow Conspiracy BMX

With the new year just about two weeks away, it’s about that time of the year when we start hearing about some pretty crazy sponsor shake ups. Today, Drew Bezanson announced on Instagram that he will no longer be riding for The Shadow Conspiracy in 2015 after 8 years with the team. No word on if Drew accepted a new deal with another brand, was let go or what, but it was definitely some surprising news to come across this morning. We’ll keep you posted if we hear anything.

Update: “After eight years, we at Shadow have decided to part ways with Drew Bezanson. It was not an easy decision to make but one that we felt was best for the future of our brand and our team. Red Bull – Dark Woods Trailer

Whenever Red Bull, Drew Bezanson and Morgan Wade are all involved.. Good things are bound to happen! Here’s the first trailer for the Dark Woods video that’s dropping soon. I can only imagine the madness that is about to surface.

There’s no denying that BMX has an unlimited supply of creativity and originality coming from riders all around the world and that’s undoubtably one of the best things it has going for it. When it comes to actual BMX products, we see trends come and go and times where we’ll see a lot of creativity followed up a lot of clones trying to replicate the original ideas that worked. The Shadow Conspiracy have always tried to stick to the creative and original route whether it’s creating new products or improving on existing designs. Although the Penumbra seat has been apart of the the Shadow Conspiracy product line for a couple of years now, it’s still constantly changing and evolving with the creativity of their team and materials. With Shadow’s new 2015 signature series seats becoming available, we figured it would be a great time to take a closer look at what Simone Barraco, Scott Ditchburn, Albert Mercado, Ben Hucke and Drew Bezanson cooked up for their own spin on the seat this time around.
