Eclat is sending Nathan Williams, Sean Burns and Stevie Churchill to Japan in May! Get the full details below!

“Japan has always been on our radar of places to go, but in the past we always liked the idea of hitting places that had never had much previous coverage, we love the idea of searching and finding spots ourselves and we know that makes for a very special trip if everything goes to plan.

Instead of spending our time in Tokyo we have decided to get in the van and head cross country, our final destination is Kobe, and along the way we will be stopping at Osaka and Kyoto. From the 1st of May you can follow Nathan Williams, Stevie Churchill and Sean Burns as they gun it for Kobe, to follow just add us on instagram or check up the #eclatjapan tag.

Eclat just released this quick promo video giving us a closer look at their new Venom plastic sleeve peg that’s out now. Hit that play button.

“The Venom peg uses a two-piece steel/plastic design based on the ‘classic sleeve’ system. Our aim was to create a plastic sleeve peg with a diameter similar to a standard steel peg. This lead us down the route of a steel/plastic design with a slim crmo inner peg wrapped in a generous thickness of our specially developed (for the Nathan Peg) hardwearing nylon compound. When testing the prototypes we saw these pegs going beyond 6 months of hard riding! In a nutshell, if you want to grind fast give these a go.” – Eclat
