Eclat premiered the Jam rim at Interbike back in September, and it looks like they’re out now. The new Jaw rim is a unique design that’s aimed towards the brakeless guys out there. This 36 hole, double wall, 6011V-T6 alloy rim has a welded seam with angled sidewalls with access holes so you can replace broken spokes without taking the wheel or tire off the bike. The rim is available in black, blue and high polish with a weight of 15.97 oz. Check out more photos right here/

Mutiny Bikes just posted up a few photos of a custom Mutiny X Eclat bike that Frenchys Distribution just built up. Boner Jams.

Eclat posted up an interview that their Team Manager, Paul Robinson, did with Ride UK about the brand. It’s definitely an awesome read and gives you plenty of insight on what the brand is all about and where they are going with things. Paul also talks about a few new products like the Strain fork and Jaw rim that are in the works. Check it right here.

Seats seem pretty simple, right? Not really… Believe it or not, there’s actually a lot that can be done to make a seat stronger, lighter, shaped different, etc.. Eclat posted up a real good piece on their website explaining exactly what they did to create the OZ seat that’s unique to the others that look similar to it out. Take a peek right here, you might just be surprised.
Anyone who has seen Shane Weston’s riding in the past probably caught on that he doesn’t have a very good temper when it comes to tricks not working out. Nathan Williams put together this edit showing you how he likes to remind his bike what it’s supposed to do to go along with a full Q&A up on the Eclat website. I’m not sure if I would laugh at this in front of Shane or not. He would probably kick my ass.
