Lewis Mills On Eclat Pro Team

September 5, 2019

Lewis Mills Eclat BMX Pro Team News

We honestly thought Lewis Mills was already on the Eclat Pro team, but I guess we were wrong! In some less than surprising (other than not realizing he wasn’t Pro already) news, Eclat have given Lewis the very well deserved bump on up to the Pro team! As you already know, Lewis has been on absolute FIRE the past two years and it’s safe to say he is only getting started. Check out the official word below, then re-watch his Eclat video from earlier this year that is an absolute BANGER and well worth another look! Otherwise, expect to see Lewis absolutely slaying street spots in the future!

“Lewis Mills was always destined for the PRO team, we knew this early on when we saw how he rode in the flesh, his technical ability on a bike is out of hand. In the past few years, he has proven his ability to shine and ride with the best, so there were no real questions when it came to making the bump up.

Congratulations Lew, it’s PRO time.” – Eclat

June 28, 2019

When the Eclat team get together for a trip, you know it’s going to be a good one. The crew recently made their way to Athens, Greece to put the endless spots to proper use! Hit play to check out banger after banger!

“It may be famed for being one of the oldest cities in the world, dating back 7000 years, but Athens, Greece isn’t just dusty cobbles and philosophers in sandals. We sent DIG video guy Peter Adam off with Eclat’s Bruno Hoffmann, Lewis Mills, Alex Kennedy and Jordan OKane meeting up with locals, including Eclat teammate Jason Eustathiou, to sample the city’s best spots. Needless to say with this crew things got heated, fast. Sit back and enjoy 9 minutes of high grade from some of the best to grace a bike.” – DIG

Eclat BMX – Decoder Tire

June 11, 2019

Are you on the hunt for some new BMX tires? The crew over at Eclat have been working on their new Decoder Tire that is available now! The tire is based off the Fireball tire with some changes to the tread pattern, and it’s available in a street version and a park version depending on the style of riding you’re hoping to do on this! Check out the video above for a look at the tire, then get more details below! The Decoder Tire is landing at BMX shops and mail-orders that carry Eclat worldwide now in black, black with a tan wall, red and white color options. There’s also an Army green with tan sidewall option, but we can’t find photos of it.

“The Decoder Tire the latest addition to the eclat tire family. With a tread pattern based on our super popular Fireball tire, the Decoder uses a much lower profile design with super fine knurling making it fast, grippy and incredibly tough. This lightweight street/ramp tire features a specially designed grind resistant sidewall protection and is available in two casing options, a 60tpi (80psi max) version with a rubber sidewall layer for STREET, and a lighter weight 120tpi (120psi max) version for COMPETITION.”

May 28, 2019

Wethepeople and Eclat‘s connect over in France, Robin Bourhis, coming through with a dialed new edit packed with grinds, nose balance, whips and much, much more. Robin isn’t scared to charge some big rails and ledges, and this video is a good indicator of that. Hit play and check out a ton of great riding in this fresh BMX video.

“Not heard of Robin Bourhis yet? Get acquainted with WTP x Eclat’s French fireball in this video that’s been a long time coming. Between studying civil engineering at university and a busy videographer’s schedule it took three years in total to come together. Thanks to the handy Interrail deal the guys managed to take in the sights of Rome, Trieste, Budapest, Ljubliana, Amsterdam, Paris and Athens. Robin certainly made the most of all the new territory, bagging himself some wild clips along the way.
