The Fit Bike Co. crew are back with their “F-Log” series! This time around some of the team spend a Saturday out cruising the streets of Los Angeles for a street jam! This takes you along for the ride from the crew just meeting up on through the spots they cruise and more. Check it!

“This week we joined Thee Block boys in Hollywood for their weekly Saturday cruise. Justin Spriet and the Thank You Crew made the journey up, we hit a few spots then we proceeded to ambush downtown Los Angeles during the Women’s March. They loved us!

Fit Caught Up with Charles Littlejohn

These bars are made right here in the U.S.A from butted 4130 chromoly tubing with dual radius bends for increased strength a 10″ rise, 29″ width, 11-degrees of backsweep, 4-degrees of upsweep and a crossbar height of 11.34″.

Florent Soulas – La Vie

Soul BMX released this dialed video that features Florent Soulas. Not only is this video packed full of amazing riding with Florent’s incredible style, but it also has a bit of an interview with it giving us some insight into how he got into Oyster farming, his past of racing, gardening, juicing and more. We already knew he was an absolute shredder on a bike, but we didn’t know much about what he was into off his bike. Excellent watch! Enjoy!
