I’m sitting here trying to think if I’ve seen any female flatland riders before. Either it’s too early and my brain isn’t working or this is the first edit I’ve seen. Either way, I found this rad one over on Flat Matters that Paula Callery featuring a bunch of girls from around the world laying down some links. Definitely awesome to see.
Steffen Peter – Flat Street Mix
Here’s one I spotted over on Flat Matters of Steffen Peter laying down a few dialed links then tossing a little bit of street into the mix. Definitely worth a peek. Check it out!
Diversion TV Retrospective – Art Thomason
Here’s a rad one that Bobby Carter uploaded featuring some classic footage of Art Thomason that I found over on Flat Matters. This one is pretty crazy because Art not only kills it on his bike, but he kind of talks about what he was doing for school at the time that lead him to his job at NASA. How sick is that?
“Diversion Retrospective: Art Thomason
Art Thomason rips it up back when he was in school. Now he works at NASA and is still ripping it up! We had a really short amount of time to shoot this segment and he pulled of a ton of combos! Check it out!“
Product: Deco – Terry Adams Signature “TA” Frame
Spotted this one over on Flat Matters. It looks like Terry Adams is getting a signature frame from Deco! Check out all the specs and info above. This frame will be available in late September right around Interbike time. I’m sure there’s a bunch of flatland guys stoked on this one.
Brandon Derbowka – No Handed Whiplash
I’ve come to accept that anytime Effraim posts up a must see over on Flat Matters the video will make me say “what the hell?” at least once. This quick clip of Brandon Derbowka doing a no handed whiplash is a perfect example. The video is a little rough and in all honesty it doesn’t really look that crazy, but if you think about the fact that he is doing a no handed nose manual and then whips the bike around keeping his balance is absolute madness. Take a peek!
Jean-Francois Boulianne on Quest BMX
Head over to Flat Matters for an interview with Jean-Francois Boulianne about joining the Quest BMX team, traveling, future plans and more! Good read!
Viki Gomez – The Streets My Kingdom
Here’s a look at Viki Gomez’s new edit that I spotted over on Flat Matters. Check out Viki and his buddy Secko getting some time in at a spot in Spain. Flatland goodness without a doubt!
“This is the first part of “”The Streets, My Kingdom””, a movie that we shooted in Madrid in Spring 2013. Join Viki Gomez and Secko riding their new Orbea RUDEs around some of the hottest spots of Spain’s capital.” – Orbea
Ares – Hiroya Morizaki D.I.Y Edit #2
Here’s some flatland goodness I spotted over on Flat Matters of Hiroya Morizaki doing it for Ares. Everything from the incredible riding to the clean filming and editing is on point and I personally got sucked into this one. Take a peek!
