Josh Dove On Flybikes
Here’s some sponsor news for you on this Friday! Josh Dove has officially joined the Flybikes Pro team! IT was announced about a month back that Josh had parted ways with his longtime sponsor Colony, and during that time he found what appears to be a perfect match. Josh has been on absolute fire for the past couple years as an up and coming young gun, and this past summer really opened up a lot of eyes during the Vans BMX pro Cup series. Josh’s style of riding fits real good with the Flybikes team, so we’re stoked to see this and what comes from this in the future!
“Ever since we first saw Josh Dove’s riding, we were blown away with his talent and style. Over the the last year, we had the chance to hang out with him and become good friends, especially with Sergio, loving his riding and attitude off the bike as well. Josh has been doing his own thing over the last month and during this time, things evolved naturally and Josh is now officially apart of the Flybikes family. We can’t be more stoked about this! Good times ahead for sure!” – Flybikes
Flybikes – Unexpected Indoor Session
This past summer most of the Flybikes team got together at their warehouse in Spain to spend some time cruising the local parks and getting some work done designing new products for the future. They caught a few days of sunshine, then the rain hit and they decided to convert the warehouse into their own indoor park! This video is a mix of footage from the nice days and the rainy days, and despite not the best weather, this video turned out real good!
Also, it’s cool to see the Coastin ramp get put to good use again! Check out How-To Build the Coastin’ Ramp if you’re interested!
“This past August after most of the team spent the weekend at the annual O Marisquiño contest in Vigo, Spain, we decided to have the team at our warehouse to spend some time working on new products and to have some fun on our bikes at some of the amazing local parks! We had a few good days of sunshine, then the rain started and we unexpectedly had to get creative to keep the fun going. We turned our warehouse into a spot to ride with ramps and ledges to ride! Here’s what Sergio Layos, Courage Adams, Teresa Azcoaga, Ruben Alcantara, Sem Kok and Pitu got into during the visit! Unfortunately Devon Smillie and Larry Edgar weren’t able to be here with us due to scheduling!
Despite a little rain, we still managed to have a great time! Enjoy!
