Haro – Dennis Enarson Signature Klunker

Dennis Enarson has a new signature Klunker from Haro!

We’ve seen a few of these Klunker style cruisers in the past, but it looks like Haro have released a Dennis Enarson signature Klunkerson complete bike that is designed with fun in mind. Watch as Dennis cruises around on the bike, showing just what the bike can hold up to. After you check out the video. you can get more details over on the Haro website.

“The Klunkerson is inspired from a simpler time. When friends would help each other piece together old beach cruisers so that they could race each other down dusty dirt roads and see who would get to the bottom first, laughing and dusting each other out along the way. When we spoke to Dennis about making a non-BMX bike for him to ride, he wanted a bike that was comfortable enough to cruise the beach for miles but capable enough to boost a kicker and slash a berm if the opportunity presented itself. The Klunkerson is that bike, comfortable and capable.

John is one of those guys who can really keep your attention with his story from his childhood on up through what he has going on these days with parting ways with Haro to firing up his own consulting company working with different BMX brands on projects. Perris Benegas bails Keir Sirlin out of school to ride!

This is awesome. Haro dropped a fresh video featuring Perris Benegas and Keir Sirlin cruising a bunch of parks, street spots and more around Salt Lake City! As always, Perris delivers, and we were really stoked to see what young gun Keir was throwing down too! It’s so rad seeing more and more from the girls and this one is definitely too good to miss!

“They dodged rain, wind, hail and snow and no matter how much bad weather was thrown at them, Keir and Perris laughed and joked their way through the down times to session as many skateparks and fun SLC spots as possible during the breaks in the weather. This edit just goes to show when you have your friends and your bike, its gonna take more than a little rough weather so stop the session from being had!

Haro – The Radical Rick Bike

Haro and Radical Rick have released a collaboration bike!

Now this is pretty rad! Haro have teamed up with Radical Rick to do a special edition cruiser bike that comes in 24″, 26″ and 29″ sizes with the same custom graphics and pad set designed by Damian Fulton. The bikes are available for $779.99 (24″) to $799.99 (29″) on the Haro website or through your favorite BMX shop or mail-order that carries Haro now!

“In 1979 artist Damian Fulton began drawing what is now the most iconic cartoon in BMX; Radical Rick. Along with characters like MX Mug, Spike Speedwrench and the infamous Skuzzer Switchblade, Radical Rick grew into one of BMX’s most historical figures through the pages of BMX Plus! magazine. Haro – Bike In A Bag: Perris Benegas

Haro caught up with Perris Benegas when she got into Huntington Beach for the Vans Waffle Cup. Here’s a video where she shows you how she travels with the bike and builds it up. This also doubles as a sneak peek look at the new Ryan Nyquist signature Quist frame that is in the works! Take a look.

“Ever wondered what a bikes looks like after a few dozen times in and out of a bike bag, thrown on and off planes, built up, broken down, and ridden all over the world by an Olympic Athlete for 8 months?

To put it lightly, Perris’ bike looks like it has been to hell and back! Perris has been shredding this bike all over the world to help out with testing for a new park specific signature frame with Ryan Nyquist called the Quist!

So when Perris touched down in Huntington Beach California for the Van’s Waffle Cup, we caught up with her to check out her Bike in a Bag and find out the whys and hows of Perris’ bike packing technique and then we went for a cruise around HB to shake off the jet lag.

The Quist is nearing the end of it’s first round of testing and is currently scheduled for release sometime in 2023. We will have more specific information available for The Quist once testing is complete.

Haro is celebrating the 40th anniversary with a new Lineage Master Freestyler. Here’s a quick video they put together giving us a look at the bike with John Buultjens and Bob Haro giving the run through with all the details. This was a live stream, so the video isn’t quite perfect, but it does give you a look at this amazing looking bike! These are limited edition and will be available at the end of the year!

Haro – Simon Tabron “Still Alive”

This is amazing! Haro Bikes released this new Simon Tabron video loaded with dialed vert riding, along with a look at his battle to get back on the bike after suffering a heart attack, stroke and coma! Fortunately Simon pulled through, and it looks like he’s back to absolutely CRUSHING IT despite the odds of that being fairly low! Hit play because this is too good to miss.

“We’ve been following this guy since the very early days of DIG after watching him kill it at the very first Backyard Jam in Hastings back in 1991, a couple of years before we even had our magazine up and running. Halfway through making this video for Haro, Simon suffered a heart attack, stroke and fell into a coma. The fast that he’s still alive is incredible enough, let alone the fact that he’s shredding as hard as ever.” – DIG

“This all started as a tribute to vert riding from one of its beloved BMX sons, Simon Tabron. For over two decades, Vert riding took Simon all over the world and became a way of life, a means to a living. And looking back on it all, Simon wanted to film something specifically dedicated to BMX and Vert Riding, the thing that gave him so much over the years.

But LIFE had other plans.

Shortly after starting this project, Simon would suffer through a series of life threatening events that would call into doubt his ability to ever ride a bike again, ride BMX again, ride VERT again.
