Par BMX – “Still Untitled” Full Team Video

March 7, 2019

Sometimes coming up with the name is harder than putting in the work for a video. Here’s a look at the new “Still Untitled” video featuring the Par BMX team out slaying spots in the Baltics! This is stacked with a ton of familiar faces that all produced some amazing riding. Add in some real clean film work and you have just under 16 minutes of footage you can’t pass up!

“This is “STILL UNTITLED” by PARBMX. A team video filmed all over the Baltics states (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia) during the course of the past 2 summers.

BMX is alive and well over in this part of Europe and this 100% street video showcases some of the best talent in the Baltic’s scene. Very happy to present this to the BMX brotherhood all across the globe.

Aivars Justovics
Ed Zunda & Marek Kuhalskis
Janis Cunculis & Janis Bauska
Simonas Norkus, Martti Lainevool & Karlis Leitis
Kristaps Reimanis

PARBMX is a 100% rider owned and operated BMX shop and distribution in Latvia, a small country in north-east of Europe. The shop was established back in 2007 by two lifelong friends & riders – Aivars Sneiders & Janis Dreimanis, who own and operate the shop and distro to this day.”

Monsterparks Has Closed Down

January 10, 2018

Another amazing skatepark has closed its doors! Monsterparks in Latvia has been closed down!

At the start of the year Scotty Cranmer’s park The Incline Club closed down, and now it looks like Monsterparks in Latvia has also shut down! Fortunately with both closures, there is a plan of re-opening something new for both of the parks. The Par BMX crew made their way to Monsterparks to get a few final sessions in before the park closed, and it looks like they were all really productive sessions! Here’s a video they cooked up with clips they filmed before the doors were locked and the ramps were torn down.

It sounds like it won’t be long before we find out what’s coming next, so we’ll keep you posted as soon as we hear more!

“Our local indoor skatepark “Monsterparks” IS DEAD!!! No worries, it will reincarnate itself in a new and better location pretty soon. Meanwhile check out these clips we managed to stack before the skatepark was torn down.

Featuring Ed Zunda, Janis Cunculis, Marek Kuhalskis, Karlis Leitis, Aivars Justovics and Janis Bauska!

There’s also some quick throwback footage with Kristaps Reimanis & Tomass Grinbergs

Par BMX – Jibtape 2016

December 31, 2016

The Par BMX crew wrapping up 2016 on a high note! Here’s a fresh mix of footage from the team they collected over the course of the year from different trips and sessions around their home street spots and skateparks. The Par BMX team is pretty diverse from the older guys who have been crushing it for years, down to the younger up and coming riders, so you get a good balance between the styles, tricks, level of riding and everything. This is a real solid watch from start to finish.

“Here’s all the jibbers we still had from 2016! On to 2017!
Featuring Marek Kuhalskis, Aivars Justovics, Janis Bauska, Ed Zunda, Kristaps Reimanis, Janis Cunculis, Janis Dreimanis, Tom Silins, Aivars Sneiders, Karlis Leitis, Simonas Norkus & Oskars Zajarskis

April 12, 2016

Par BMX dropped this fresh new video featuring Kristaps Reimanis, Janis Cunculis and one rider we haven’t seen in quite some time, Ruslan Kurilin, who all caught a productive session at Monsterpark! All three of these guys kicked some serious ass, and we’re real pumped to see Ruslan still on it! Hit play and take it all in!

“Kristaps Reimanis and Janis Cunculis session Monsterparks indoor skatepark in Riga, Latvia. They are surprised by the return of a local BMX legend!

Proper Bike Co. – Madrid

January 8, 2016

Proper just sent through a link to their latest BMX video from a team trip they took to Madrid, Spain to search the city for its finest spots! Needless to say, Janis Cunculis, James Curry, Jordan Stump and Sam Marden had no problem finding some amazing setups that allowed for some heavy clips to be stacked. They even found some massive doughnuts to munch on, too. Excellent riding and some real good film work makes this one a Must See for sure! Hit play and enjoy!

“Filmed and Edit: Toby Goodyear
Additional footage: Janis Cunculis
Additional production: Jamie Cameron

We’d be been planning a trip to Madrid for literally years. It’s a city with too many good rails and we took a crew more than capable of taking advantage of that. Get out the city centre and you’ll find them.
Fortune was one our side. The weather, spots, and riders made for a happy crew. No injuries, few flats, and no broken parts meant we were able to accomplish a lot in a week without getting anywhere close to running out of the seemingly endless set ups.

Roy Ayres: Everybody loves the sunshine (Polydor)
Ben E King: On the horizon (Atlantic)
Massive Attack: Better Things (Circa)
