Jeff Dowhen had a bunch of left over clips for his section for the This Is The Spot video that’s coming out soon by Logan Reynolds. They decided on making this new edit with the clips for Madera.
Expect a bike check from Jeff Dowhen popping up on the site in the next few days as well!
Toronto Trip 2011
Well, look at that… A whole week has flown by and I don’t even know where it went. Well, I do since there’s a whole bunch of content up on the site now. What I mean is that I got back from Toronto last monday and haven’t posted up the random photos I shot on the trip. Last thursday I made my way over to Milwaukee to meet up with Jon Wells, Jeff Dowhen, Grant Castelluzzo, Tippy and Nirve where we all loaded into the infamous Sun Ringle van and headed towards Canadia for the Toronto BMX Jam. The Gully Factory – 4Seasons Bike Night
Tony Malouf dropped this edit from bike night that went down at 4Seasons a few weeks back. The edit features Timmy Theus, Brian Kachinsky, Jeff K, Jeff Wescott, Jeff Dowhen, Ryan Wert and more. Last Thursday was the last one of the week, which I was at before leaving for Toronto. I’ve got an interview with the owner of Seasons coming through soon as well. Get psyched.
Toronto BMX Jam 2011
Tomorrow I’ll be making my way over to Milwaukee to load up in the Sun Ringle van with Jon Wells, Jeff Dowhen, Grant Castelluzzo, and a few others to make the trip to Toronto for the annual Toronto BMX Jam. I’ll hopefully be shooting a few photos, if I can get my pass that I haven’t heard back about. If it goes anything like last year, it will be a good time. It sounds like we will be uniting with most of Team Jeff DuPaul. That’s a good sign. After the trip I will hopefully be able to unleash some news on you guys that I think you will be stoked on. Get psyched.
This Is The Spot
Yesterday, Logan Reynolds hit me up with a link to the trailer of his new video “This Is The Spot”. I was pleasantly surprised because I knew he was working on a video, I just kind of forgot about it since I haven’t seen him since we were hammering back free pitchers at Crispy’s the night before the Sun Ringle trip last summer. I’m real psyched about this video because it features some of my good friends, and a lot of absolute shredders from the Midwest scene. Guys like Jeff Dowhen, Reed Stark, Jeff K, Jon Wells and Erik Elstran are just to name a few of the stacked list you can see from the trailer. I’m not sure of the exact release, if there will be a premiere or what, but I’m going to hit up Logan and get some answers about the video. Hit up MidwestBMX.net to find out more for now.
Sun Ringle “America” Trip 2
Alright, sorry for the slack on getting these photos up. The trip ended on Sunday and it’s already Tuesday. Basically, there was about 10 minutes of internet time out of those 10 days on the road. It was awesome and I was psyched to not have to deal with emails or anything in that time. However, when I came back I had a hundred things to play catch up on. Verge Music Festival
A few months back when we were driving back from Toronto, Jeff Dowhen was telling me about a contest that Jeff K had in the works. I just remember him saying something about it being invite only and it was going to be during a big music festival. I said I’d be there and I’m always one to keep my word.
I’ll be heading to Milwaukee today to check out the Verge Music Festival which will feature the Battle at the Bubbler which will feature guys like Jeff K, Jeff D, Josh Eilken, Tony Neyer, Tony Malouf and Dave Freimuth on the course below. I’ll be shooting photos so expect to see some coverage from this weekend on here and Dig. Get psyched. Oh, and it’s Micah Kranz’s birthday today so that means Milwaukee will probably end up on fire by the end of the night. Boom.
