Kink are firing up a new series called “One Hit Wednesday” where they will be posting some raw footage from past edits that give you a little more of a look that went into a clip. First up, Connor Lodes and his wild drop he did in his WELCOME TO THE TEAM VIDEO!

After a good run with the popular “Issue” frame that has seen a few versions over the course of the past few years, Sean Sexton and Kink decided it was time to start fresh with a new frame versus a revised version. A few weeks back we got a little sneak peek look at Sean’s new signature “SXTN” frame that they have been working on out in New York and we were really digging what we were seeing. We hit up Kink to get a little exclusive first in-depth look at just what they have been cooking up in the kitchen. We have the full specs, details and close up photos just in time for its release the first week of March! Is it time for a new front hub? Have you given Kink’s Boulevard hub a look yet? The shell of the hub is made from CNC machined 7075-T6 aluminum with 2 sealed 6902 sealed bearings, a hollow 15mm 7075-T6 aluminum female center axle using the floating axle system with a 7075 bearing spacer on the inside, 7075-T6 bearing cones and 8mm allen hex / 17mm socket chromoly bolts to keep it all tight. The Boulevard hub is available in 36-hole only with colors of black, raw, blue, bronze, Crimson red and Battleship grey and a weight of 7.6 oz. This hub also comes with Kink’s Plastic hub guards so you will be good to grind.

Position Description and Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and execute a variety of photo and video assignments, including product, commercial, studio, on location and editorial style content.
-Shooting, editing, processing, retouching and organizing photos for catalogs, advertisements, web and social media content.
-Filming, editing, exporting and organizing video footage and projects for advertisements, web and social media content.
-Supplying graphic designer(s) with photo and video assets for a wide variety of projects.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 2-3 years photo shooting, retouching, and color correction experience.
-Extremely reliable, detailed and highly organized.
-Must have a keen eye for detail and quality control, and provide mistake-free work.
-Maintain production of a high volume of images under tight deadlines.
-Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
-Work closely with graphic designers for catalog layouts, ads, website, etc.
-Must have enough experience to feel comfortable shooting and styling product and lifestyle shots without needing heavy management or direction.
-Must be determined to see a project through to the finish.
-Excellent knowledge of photo/video techniques including, shooting, lighting, editing and archiving.
-Strong knowledge of current photo/video technology and equipment.
-Strong knowledge of photo preparation for both print and digital use.
-Must be willing to learn new skills and techniques independently.
-Marketing and social media experience preferred but not required.
-Motion graphic and animation skills also preferred but not required.
Required Software Skills:
-High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, and After Effects.
-Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps software.
-Beginner to intermediate proficiency with YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Issuu.
Education:
-Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory if sufficient experience.
