Ryan Guettler – Vans Opens the Bowls to BMX

It looks like Ryan Guettler is getting into the webisode game! For his first video, he heads to the Vans Huntington Beach park to catch the first back bowls session with Kris Fox, Ricky Moseley, Matt Cordova and a bunch of others! It sounds like the bowls will be open to BMX riders every Wednesday, so if you’re in the area, take advantage of that! Otherwise, just enjoy this video!

“I never believed it when people were talking about it but the rumors are true. Vans shoes has opened up the back bowl section the BMX Family.

I knew the grand opening would be off the wall but when it took me few to find a open spot in the car park. I knew it was popping off and bmx riders from all over were sending it.
Unlocking all the new lines is what the day was about. Vans riders like Kris Fox and Larry Edger made it a mission to go the highest and do lines before any one else could see them.

I over heard one skater say “Took Tony Hawk 2 hours to do that line” to Kris Fox after watching him do his 2nd run of the day.

Its nothing but amazing times so don’t skip the next chance to come ride and flow around the incredible bowls.

The boys camped out at Winton’s bi-annual Farm Jam event put on by the Frew brothers, embracing a good dose of kiwiana with some sheep shredding, flannelette shirts and whacking off flies in the long drop.
Making a solid finish to their New Zealand trip, all riders hit a bunch of fun different lines on the beautifully crafted dirt jumps at Gorge Rd in Queenstown.

Red Bull – Rat Pack Goes South: Episode One

The first episode of a new series Red Bull is doing from a trip to New Zealand that Corey Bohan, Mike “Hucker” Clark, Kris Fox and Jason Watts took recently is now online! Episode one the crew meet up for the start of the trip for a laid back, but very productive, skatepark session, then they head to Paul Langland‘s place for a trails jam! You better believe there’s a ton of excellent riding in this. Can’t wait to see episode two!

Red Bull – Farm Jam 2016 Highlights

Every year the Farm Jam never fails to look like one hell of a good time. Here’s a short, but sweet highlight reel from this years jam which had BMX, motocross and mountain bike guys all letting loose. Watch as Mike “Hucker” Clark, Corey Bohan, Logan Martin, Kris Fox and more all throw down!

Demolition Parts – Colorado Camping Trip

A few weeks back the Demolition Parts crew headed to Colorado for some camping and to check out some of their finest cement parks! Above is the video they came home with and you better believe with a crew like this, crazy riding went down! We were slightly bummed there was no Brian Castillo footage though…

“The Demolition summer camping trip to Colorado was epic before it even started. With our riders, Tyler Fernengel, Chris Doyle, Kris Fox, Rob Wise, Matt Cordova, Connor Lodes, and Dennis Enarson we already knew the crew was tight and everyone was already ready to get to Colorado to ride some epic parks. More importantly than the riding, the crew felt more like a family than a team on this trip, and like most “camping trips” the experience there was unforgettable. Oh, and the riding was f-n nuts…

On the hunt for a new BMX bike? Check out Kris Fox’s signature 2016 SE Bikes Gaudium complete that is out now! This bike starts off with a 100% chromoly from with a double butted main frame, integrated head tube, integrated seat post clamp, externally machined MID bottom bracket and removable brake mounts. The frame has a 21″ top tube length, 75-degree head tube angle, 71-degree seat tube angle, 12.12″ bottom bracket height, 9.5″ stand over height and a 13.7″ chain stay length. The rest of the bike features Chromoly Powering bars (8.25″ rise, 28.5″ width), a full chromoly fork with tapered legs, 3/8″ drop outs and a 32mm offset, SE Bikes topload stem, SE DSP grips, SE Pivotal seat and seat post, full chromoly 3-piece 175mm cranks with the Closed-End Invisibolt, a 25-tooth alloy sprocket, Odyssey Twisted PC pedals, a KMC Z410A chain, SE Bikes sealed hubs front and rear, laced to an Alienation Deviant rim with a Demolition Machete 2.25″ tire up front and an Alienation 440 rim and Demolition Momentum 2.20″ tire in the rear. The bike comes with Promax SEU-961 brakes and a Promax SEL-427 brake lever as well.

The 2016 Gaudium complete is available through BMX shops and mail-orders that carry SE Bikes in Blue Metal with a weight of 24.40 lbs. and a MSRP price tag of $589!
