It’s pretty wild how good the leftover edits have been for Shadow Conspiracy‘s “What Could Go Wrong?” DVD. Today we get treated to Lahsaan Kobza‘s leftovers and damn are they good. Hit play and take all the gold this BMX video has to offer in!
“If Shadow rider Lahsaan Kobza’s “What Could Go Wrong?” section is any indication as to what a one time A Pro racer is capable of on the streets, then it’s clear that nothing stands a chance. From huge gaps to super tech lines, Lahsaan is able to shred anything on a BMX all while making it look silky smooth. A handful of LK footage didn’t make the final cut of the video and we thought it’d be a travesty if it never saw the light of day so check out “What Could Be Left?” from Lahsaan Kobza in this brand new edit!

Over the course of the past few weeks we’ve been getting a steady flow of BMX videos from the Subrosa crew who recently spent some time out in California. We’ve seen a bunch of videos from the shop stops they did, now we get the footage they were stacking along the way making for one hell of a BMX video. “The “Subrosa in California” Tour consisted mainly of shops stops. With 5 shop stops, 2 video premieres, and 1 podcast in 7 days, the crew had a pretty busy schedule, but you know how the Subrosa dudes are, and when there was free time, we were out riding.
Featuring Subrosa riders Hoang Tran, Kyle Hart, Lahsaan Kobza, Nick Bullen, and Simone Barraco riding parks and a little street during our short time in California.
Thanks to Waylon, Lil Waylon, Adam 22 and the OSS crew, and everyone who came out to a shop stop, or just rode with us!

With fewer and fewer BMX DVD’s being produced every year, it’s getting more and more exciting when an actual BMX video comes out in a hard copy form that you can pop into the DVD player and watch on your TV. What’s even better is when a brand is putting heavy time, energy and resources into producing a video that is worth watching it in that format versus online. Over the course of the past three years, The Shadow Conspiracy team have been busy bouncing around the world stacking clips for their “What Could Go Wrong?” DVD that we have been hearing about since they initially started working on the video. After three years, countless trips and a lot of ups and downs, the video was finally premiered this past weekend in New York City at the House of Vans. Approximately the same time that premiere was going down, we popped open the mailbox to find a copy of the video waiting for us to enjoy. After watching the video, we decided it would be a good idea to get a review out before you drop some money on a copy…
The Shadow Conspiracy caught up with Lahsaan Kobza to talk about his section in “What Could Go Wrong?”, how he went about filming for the project, his favorite trip and whose sections he is most excited for. This is going to be one hell of a BMX video!
