Snakebite coming through with another classic for you to start your weekend off right! Here’s the full Fox Racing “Expendable 3” video that has an absolutely legendary lineup of riders! The video was released back in 2002 and features riding from Ruben Alcantara, Fuzzy Hall, The Shadow, Dave Mirra, TJ Lavin, Colin Winkelmann, Alan Cooke, Chris Doyle, Taj Mihelich, Brian Foster, Bruce Crisman, Luc-E, Mike Laird, Josh Harrington, Chad Kagy, Colin Mackay, Nate Wessel, Ronny Chalk, Punjab and more! This ha a little bit of everything from street to park, trails and flatland. Needless to say it’s a damn good watch, and I personally can’t even count the number of times I watched this one when it came out 19 years ago.
For their latest podcast, Snakebite‘s Shad Johnson, along with Micah Kranz and Chris Morse, catch up with one of flatland’s finest, Trevor Meyer, to talk about a ton of things from BMX to what he gets into off his bike. Take a look!
“In this episode we catch with Trevor while he is on tour and with a little help from Micah Kranz & Chris Morse we talk about painting Prince’s house, life on the road, why he always rides the biggest bikes, and his dominance of flatland contests during the 90’s. So go ahead and hit play!”
The Division crew have been going hard in 2011 doing shows. Micah Kranz put together some of the footage from random shows, Woodward and more of Rollie Flasch, Lil jon, J.J. Flairty, Koji Kraft, Alex Landeros, Mykel Larrin, and Steven Moxley.
I can’t remember the first time I had seen Mykel ride, or when we met even. I do know we hung out for a bit at Baco in Milwaukee, and then he partied with us in Toronto most of the time since there was a good crew from Milwaukee there. That was the first chance I really got to get a better idea of what Mykel was all about. Mykel is definitely a good example of talent, a good attitude, and somebody who loves life. I figured this would be as good of time as ever to shoot him a few questions to see what he has got going on these day, and then leave him some love in the comments!
On a side note, these photos for the interview are photos I shot in Toronto. We took about 5 minutes and he blasted this quarter a bunch of times. These photos ended up being some of my favorites from that whole trip….

I’m not quite sure when the first time Micah and myself crossed paths. I want to say it was the Baco when we got banned from Jellystone. I didn’t actually talk to him, but he was definitely there. Baco this year was the one that I got the real chance to hang out with Micah and get to know him better. I had nothing but fun when I was around him and there was no doubt in sight when the idea of an interview came to mind. Take a lesson from this guy…

There has been some chaos in BMX as of lately with the whole green laser pointer phenomenon growing. Over the course of the last year I was exposed to the lasers from a distance. Keeping my curiosity to a controllable level without really any over the top temptation of needing to make a purchase of one of these 50mw eye burning, distance shooting, sign explosion devices. That was until Baco…
