BMX Day 2016 – The Street Series Snap Feed

If you follow The Street Series on Snapchat, there’s no doubt that your feed was blowing up on BMX Day with all the different jams going on all over the world. BMX Day 2016 – The Street Series: Liverpool

Saturday, July 23rd was BMX Day and The Street Series invaded cities all over the world for massive street jams. Ben Lewis, Devon Smillie and Chase DeHart headed up the Liverpool jam which had hundreds of riders that turned out to throw down! This is a look at just some of the action that went down throughout the day from each of the spots the crew hit up! Plenty of heat in this, along with some laughs and more! It’s always crazy seeing that many BMX riders rolling through the streets like that!

The Street Series – Los Angeles – BMX Day 2016

The videos from the different locations for this years BMX Day jams from The Street Series continue! The crew over at Ride BMX mic’d up Dakota Roche has he headed up the Los Angeles jam that had a HUGE turn out and a ton of amazing riding from a bunch of familiar faces. Hit play and take it all in!

“Yesterday I hit the train from San Diego to Los Angeles, pedaled a couple miles to Hollenbeck Plaza, and met up with about 400 BMXers for the honorary BMX Day (it’s actually 7/20). No joke, it was one of the wildest street jams I’ve ever been to. The level of riding, the good vibes, the lack of anything or anyone being negative…hell, even the cops at the end were super nice. The day was simply awesome. So sit back and enjoy the ramblings of the curator of the day, Dakota Roche, as we shoot through the mean street of LA.

Monster Street Series – Adelaide Jam: BMX Day 2016

Yesterday was The Street Series‘ BMX Day events that went down all over the world. Here are TWO videos from the jam that went down in Adelaide, Australia with Alex Donnachie leading the way. Based off the videos, it’s safe to say there was a massive turn out and plenty of fun was had. Check it!

The Street Series Liverpool – BMX Day 2016 – Facebook Live Videos

Today is the day! The Street Series annual BMX Day street rides are going down all over the world as we speak. If you follow us on Facebook, there’s a good chance your notifications were blowing up from us going Live throughout the Liverpool jam with Ben Lewis, Devon Smillie and Chase DeHart leading a massive pack through the city to different spots. We uploaded all the clips to Youtube for you to get a look at what we saw if you missed it! Big shout out to Will Stroud for filming! Big shout out to Monster Energy for making this one happen, too!

Salute To The 4th Contest Flyer

As many of you know, every year we try and throw a big contest here in Minnesota at one of the skateparks. Last year we did two contests, one in the Winter and one on the 4th of July. After the contest on the 4th of July last year, myself and a few other locals and parents at the skatepark ended up forming a non-profit foundation to help repair and expand the local skatepark in Rochester, Minnesota. The Keep Pushing Forward Foundation was founded and we’ve been working toward our goal, which is a massive skatepark. Once again, we have teamed up with the Salute To The 4th event held by The Commission and the city of Rochester to throw another BMX and skate contest. Above is the flyer for the BMX contest that we’ll be throwing with proceeds from the event, plus donations all going toward the Keep Pushing Forward Foundation! We have a TON of great sponsors, so there will be a ton of prizes up for grabs!

The contest will be in a jam format with beginner, intermediate and expert classes. We will also be throwing a Subrosa Street Rail Jam as well! Practice and registration will kick off at 11 AM on July 4th at Silverlake Skatepark! We’ll be starting the Beginner classes (BMX followed by skate) at 1PM, Intermediate (BMX followed by skate) at 2PM, Expert at 4PM and the Street Rail Jam shortly after that wraps up!
