The Colony team was in heavy attendance this past weekend at the Sydney, Australia stop of the Vans BMX Pro Cup! Here’s a raw cut filled with footage from practice and the contest giving you a look at what they all threw down! No shortage of dialed riding from these guys, so hit play and enjoy!

We’re always pumped when the ladies come through with some dialed BMX videos! If you have ever thought “girls can’t ride”, then you clearly haven’t seen Natalya Diehm ride because she has a huge bag of tricks from flips to whips, barspins and more. Take a look at see for yourself!
“This is a little edit thrown together while Natalya recovers from a knee reconstruction (Ruptured ACL and torn Miniscus). Unfortunately we didn’t get all of her bangers on film before the injury so we have just put the left-overs and Instagram clips together.Hope you enjoy it and show some appreciation the next time a girl turns up at your local on a BMX.

Although there aren’t a ton of girls out there riding, this video from the Gold Coast Compound contest gives us a good look that they’re throwing down some real good riding! Check out what Peta Shepherd and Natalya Diehm had to show for the judges!
“This is raw footage of Peta Shepherd and Natalya Diehm, competing at the G.C. Compound’s Women’s Open freestyle B.M.X Competition on the 27th of April 2014. I wasn’t going to put this up because the quality of the footage captured is not great, however it does somewhat give a snapshot of the atmosphere and level of riding during the event.”

Natalya is only 15 years old, and already she is one of the better girl riders the internet has ever seen.
Check out Peta Shepherd and Natalya Diehm getting creative with some team work. This is definitely the first edit like this I’ve seen from the girls too.
“What started out as a bit of a catchup ride in Rockhampton with Peta and Natalya ended up as this little edit. Had a heap of fun and plenty of laughs during the afternoon whilst taking this footage, but damn it was hot, about 40 degrees C and 80% humidity.It was a pleasure sitting on this side of the lens taking these images in and big props to the Rocky locals who were uber supportive.”
