It’s that time for the 6th annual A Light In The Dark Jam that Nik Ford throws over in the U.K to help raise money for CALM. The jam is happening Saturday, September 13th at the Stratford Upon Avon Skatepark over in the U.K from 4pm to 9pm with full proceeds going to the charity. The annual A Light In The Dark Jam that Nik Ford has been putting together to help raise funds for CALM, an organization that works to prevent suicide and help with people’s mental health over in the U.K, went down for the 5th time earlier this month. This event that helps support an amazing cause has been growing with each event, raising more funds to help support people in crisis, and it always looks like such a good time. The 5th annual A Light In The Dark BMX Jam is going down September 14th at the Stratford upon Avon skatepark!

Nik Ford sent through the flyer for the 5th annual A Light In The Dark BMX Jam that benefits CALM over in the U.K! This charity event for CALM helps to raise funds for mental health awareness and suicide prevention; an amazing cause that saves lives. The jam is going down September 14th at the Stratord Upon Avon skatepark in the U.K from 4-9 PM. If you are in the area, this is definitely one jam you won’t want to miss with 100% of the money raised going to the charity. You can get updates on the event over on Nik’s Instagram as well!

The “A Light In The Dark” jam is going down September 16th!

If you’re over in the U.K, you need to mark your calendar for Saturday, September 16th because Nik Ford and CALM are throwing their annual “A Light In The Dark” BMX charity jam to help raise funds for CALM and suicide prevention! This jam is for a very important non-profit that helps people struggling. The jam is going down at the Stratford upon Avon skatepark and it will be a full evening of riding, good times and prizes from the sponsors with full proceeds going to CALM. If you’re in the area, you need to make it to this one!

“Today’s (Sunday 10|09|2023 ) World Suicide Prevention Day and myself and CALM want everyone across the UK to know that someone wants them to Stay. To help with the message, each year I organise a charity BMX event. A Light In The Dark BMX Jam.

It is at Stratford upon Avon skatepark, Saturday 16th September. 4pm – 10pm. Please bring cash to donate to get your wristband to ride in the events. The events are high hop, long jump, spine/mini, hips and grinds. Each jam has the following categories AM, PRO, Womens and Masters.

Nik brings a deep bag of tricks with plenty of unique, creative moves throughout keeping it a real interesting watch! Check it!

“Where do I even begin! 20 years have passed since the doctors said I was dead.

To celebrate 20 years of life after death, I’ve put together this note to self and as and when I find myself back here, I’m sure it will serve as a light in the dark. For all the highs and lows along my journey, I look back and think what a trip it has been.

Thank you to the characters I have met along the way and much love to the ones still helping me write this book.

There’s always a good reason to throw a BMX jam. Bringing riders together for a day of bikes and good times is always a good idea. But, there’s also a lot of other great reasons to throw a BMX jam. Nik Ford recently threw the 3rd annual A Light In The Dark BMX Jam over in the U.K that helps bring awareness and support for the C.A.L.M program that is focused on helping to prevent suicide with young adults.
