Some of the S&M Bikes crew catch a session at the Oakley Dirt Lab!

S&M Bikes coming through with a fresh video from a session that some of the crew got in on the Oakley Dirt Lab spot. It has been a while since we’ve seen some footage from this place, so we were almost thinking it wasn’t around any more. Luckily, it is still around and looks like it’s staying dialed, too. Oakley – From The Ground Up with Mike “Hucker” Clark

Now this is pretty much every trails riders wet dream, haha. Oakley asked Mike “Hucker” Clark if he wanted to use some of their land, along with their skid loader and all their tools to build up a dream set of trails for him and his friends to ride. Obviously Mike took the opportunity and he turned that land into some serious gold. Above and below are two videos giving us a look at what was built. The top video focuses on the backstory and the build, while the second video focuses on the riding. Both kick ass, so hit play and enjoy!

Traveling with Dennis Enarson

If there’s one huge perk to BMX, it’s the option and freedom to ride anywhere you want in the world. Everywhere you go there are new spots, new people, new experiences just waiting for you and you have your bike to give you all the reasons in the world to hit the road. Dennis Enarson is a traveling machine with more miles logged in a year than most traveling businessmen, so we figured we would hit him up with a few questions to find out some of his favorite and least favorite parts of traveling are! Here’s a rad video Oakley put together from the Texas Toast Jam with the main focus being on Dennis Enarson and Mike “Hucker” Clark. This was definitely filmed on the fancy camera rig that was running around the place all weekend, haha.

When it comes down to it, there are few people in life that can get away with truly being themselves and Hucker is one of those people. He’s the type of rider that can go anywhere in the world and he’s guaranteed to turn some heads. Whether it be because of his insane skills on a BMX bike, his unique personality, or simply one of his crazy haircuts people remember Hucker. He’s born and raised in Southern California and it shows in all aspects of his life. He always has a positive outlook on life, is down to get into whatever seems fun at the time and travels the globe on a regular basis. If that doesn’t qualify him as a bad ass, I don’t know what does. In between his many trips I caught up with him in the middle of nowhere in Pennsylvania to talk adventure and this is what came out of it.

Matte Black with Bronze lenses and Bronze hinges. what make these special are the Laser etched lenses that say WARNING: TEXAS TOAST on one lens and have the 2012 TX Toast Gauntlet of Death logo. These and special Frogskins went to the All the top Winners of the contest, and select staff. These are the last pair available and we are auctioning them off to help a friend of Toast, Doug Crowell. Better known as Doug E Fresh, He was pivotal in making Toast 2011 happen, but this year Doug was in a serious accident on April 22nd. He was t-boned by a drunk driver & life flighted to a hospital in San Antonio. He was in a coma & sustained 6 broken ribs, broken leg, punctured lung, bruised spleen, & serious bleeding in his brain. Doug was wearing a helmet at the time of his accident and the driver of the car is now in jail. Doug is on the long road to recovery and can use our help.
