It has been kept fairly quiet, but Orchid have been working on a new DVD. The video just hit duplicators and should be available soon! You can now pre-order the video by hitting their Big Cartel page so that you get a copy when it becomes available. The video is going for $10 which is a deal and a half with the line up for it that you can see above.
To be honest, Brendon is a new name to me. I saw it starting to pop up quite a bit lately. I hit up Derek Adams to get ahold of him to figure out what this kid was all about. Shortly after I had the chance to check out You Got That, a new video from the Infamy crew that he had a full part in (I’ll be doing a review over on Dig in the next day or two). The kid is really talented, and recently been given a lot of opportunities to accelerate. I got a chance to send him some questions and this is what he had to say. It’s kind of funny how from time to time I will find this need to do things I was never even asked to do. In this case, I happened to be able to get myself a pair of the new Orchid’s a few days before anyone else. Thanks to Derek Adams for doing that, so this is how I will return the favor. First of all, I don’t know why I wanted these shoes so bad in the first place. I have been wearing Etnies for close to 9 years now. I guess I’ve always wanted to try out some mid tops and these just caught my attention. So, check this out for those of you looking for some new shoes…
