Profile Racing – Jared Eberwein “Blood, Sweat and Seven Years”

November 25, 2025

This video from Jared Eberwein was seven years in the making.

It seems like most BMX riders all have a common dream of one day owning some property so they can build some ramps, trails or something to ride in their yard. We’ve seen a number of different setups over the years, and it’s always a unique setup from a small mini ramp to a full blown Dream Yard. Profile Racing‘s Jared Eberwein had dreamed of having trails and went to work to make that dream a reality, even if the end goal took a little longer than planned. Over the past seven years, he’s been working toward getting some dialed lines built, and he finally has the video he wanted to put together from it. Check out the timeline below, since it’s been an ongoing battle to make this one happen.

“Jared Eberwein has been amongst the balancing act now for 7 years — A list of injuries, creating his own business, raising a family.
While in the background, something secret was in the works.

This is Blood, Sweat, and Seven Years…A short film documenting the joy of what those seven years have availed.

Filmed and edited by Zach Peacock.” – Profile Racing

“Timeline:
2018
I bought my dream home at the end of 2018, I didn’t quite know that at the time, but I sure have worked hard to create truth in that statement.
Remodels began shortly after moving in, but the most desirable one of them all, was getting this yard ready for stacking dirt.
To start, that meant removing a massive pine tree.

2019
2019 was a BIG AND DRAMATIC year for the yard here — the start AND the end!
I learned real quick that my skid-steer skills weren’t what I thought. Luckily for me, I got great friends — Keith taught me, but then Goforth and Colin saved me when it came time to dig in.
This first jump to be built was the big left hand hip. Such a hard angle with the skid-steer, it was nearly impossible to hold and stay in line.
Bulldozing with Keith operating got the hillside clean and graded, but depressingly jump-less.

2020
One jump to finish.
But! My mom’s mobile home was, quite literally, coming home.
In a complete change of events, all the jumps had to get levelled in order to get her home onto the property.

From this point on, a little over a year went by as the yard sat in hibernation.

2021
2021 was no speedy quest for yard number two, not by choice, just an abundance of busy life — Family, job(s), goals, and dreams ya’ know, always dreaming and always pushing.
The new jumps began getting built, but obviously not as quick as I’d hoped, and yes I was stubborn and didn’t want any help.
Build, shape, test, ride on repeat.

2022
As I was building/testing/riding I began the filming process with Peacock.
I also went down the avenue of learning to properly tarp the jumps. Anthony Napolitan gave me a play by play of the process he used at The Wetlands.
Went well, BUT tedious.

2023
We starting working towards the completion of the yard edit…slowly but surely.

SETBACK! July 7th, 2023.
A tailwhip gone bad over the long and low. Knocked myself out briefly which erased any memory of the fall.
Shattered right index knuckle — surgery.
4 months recovery.

Once I recovered, I moved the last two jumps’ distances which took forever.
This was the last upgrade to the property.

2024
Deep in prep work all year while balancing all other life’s responsibilities.

Nov. 10th SETBACK Number Two.
Hit my head, knocked out again, erased my memory, and broke my left hand/pinky.
4 months recovery.

2025
Here we are…Blood, Sweat, and Seven Years.
My drive and pathway has definitely gone through tremendous changes throughout the production of this video.
The yard, and life evolving — it’s pretty crazy to reflect.
This is a retrospect of the last 7 years of my life.

Profile Racing – Gervais Rousseau “Rebowlution”

July 14, 2025

Gervais Rousseau gets some bowl sessions in for this new Profile Racing video.

Here’s a new video Profile Racing dropped featuring Gervais Rosseau getting in a bunch of bowl sessions at a few different parks. Plenty of cruising and laid back vibes in this one, so take a look!

“Facts: It took a year and a half at my own pace. Between the ups and downs of motivation (is it worth it or not?).
Work. Weather. Being very critical of my riding. Olivia’s schedule.
Knowing exactly what I wanted to do and where.
And moving to another part of the country in between it all.

The last line was filmed at a park built in 1977.
It’s my childhood park.
I started riding there in the late 80’s.
Now, just solo missions only with my wife Olivia (as usual) behind the phone/camera.
The mutual motivation was high and Olivia pushed / cheered for me the whole time; We work perfectly that way as a duo, and we never had to come back twice to get the right clip.
This project was done solely for myself and is dedicated to the memory of my parents — I hope it makes them proud.
But I’d like to share it with you; I hope you enjoy.

The ReBowlution will be televised…

Filmed by Olivia.
Music: “ill Omen” by Stout.
” – Gervais Rosseau

Profile Racing – Matt Coplon 2025 Bike Check

June 20, 2025

Check out Matt Coplon’s current setup!

The crew at Profile Racing coming through with a fresh video Bike Check giving us a closer look at his current setup! This is fairly similar to the last one, but Matt always keeps a dialed rig and makes the necessary changes, which there are a few. Hit play and take a look at this dialed unit!

“About a Year and Half ago, Matt Coplon went over all the custom mods on his Out to Cruise/Profile Build (welded by close friend, Alex Lepak).

Considering he’s a creature of habit, he finally retired his previous FBM to a full time travel bike, and the OTC is now his current, daily pedaler.

In that switch over, he decided to re-use his 15 year old LHD, Gold Profile Mini Wheels. Wheels that have pedaled around Lake Okeechobee (an 1/8 of that ride was on gravel), a century ride in Tampa Bay, and an additional century ride from Key Largo to Key West.

Matt goes over the mods/details here.

Shout out to Profile’s Head Machinist, Dave Fisher and to our wheel builder, Termite Hudson.” – Profile Racing

“During his short stay in Florida, we met up with Robin Meza at Payne Skatepark early on a Saturday morning to film this power hour.
Robin is a ball of energy with exceptionally positive vibes.
Profile is proud to support him.

“Matt Coplon, longtime TM/ rider/ wearer of many hats at Profile, celebrated moving up to Level 4.8 by putting together a collection of clips, the latest in a series of edits since he turned 40.Here at DIG we just can’t say enough good things about this guy. His contribution to BMX is second to none on so many levels and even his music taste rules.” – DIG

“A recap of clips filmed on the road to turning 48.

An infinite amount of thanks goes out to these folks for being a part of the filming process, and more importantly, for being THE source of motivation (in order of clips):

Dan Dellorso, Gergo Kis, Heath Evans, Eric Fabisiak, Alan Shirley, Michael Jimenez, Zach Grimmett, Cory Foust, Mike Hinkens, Drew Jackson, Steve Caro, Alex Lepak, and Danny Keeley.

Extra Thanks to Profile Racing, Skatepark of Tampa, Deco Bmx, Circuit Bmx Shop, Radshare, Drop In Coffee, and FLBMX. Thanks to Dig Bmx for their support in hosting.

Thanks to Todd and Dan (Thunderclap/Meatwound) for music clearance: “As I wipe my chin.”

And to you, for taking the time to watch and for your support. Thank You. Thank You. Thank You.

Part Two of this edit is a homage to INXS’ video for their song “Mediate.”
For me, the past three years have been a balancing act between low-lows and high-highs.
Each card represents either a memorial/loss, a stressor, or something that has, or continues to, bring joy. Thankfully, our local BMX community has really helped me navigate this mental headspace; extended thanks to Alex Lepak, Eric Fabisiak, and Dan Dellorso for playing (quite literally) a huge part in that.
