The Radio Bikes team is getting pumped up for 2015 and things are looking real good. They have added Jason Lopez to their U.S team so expect good things coming from that!
“We are proud to announce that Jason Lopez it the latest addition to the Radio Bikes US Team!
Currently living in the Bay Area, California, Jason and has such a unique and diverse style that made him the perfect fit for the Radio team.
Jason straight up murders it, wether he’s shredding a skatepark or sending some serious bangers on street, we couldn’t be more stoked to have Jason part of the family and can’t wait to see him kill it this year along side the rest of the team.
Jason has built up a new 2015 Chrome Toren setup and has just started filming for his welcome to the team edit. Look out for a bike check and the full edit from Jason soon…”
We announced the other day that Tanner Easterla was on Radio Bikes through a BIKE CHECK giving us a closer look at his new ride. Now, today we get to see his welcome edit showing you exactly why they picked him up! Absolute FIRE.
“It’s no secret that Tanner Easterla is one hell of a talented rider, so his edit should be nothing but a reminder of just how insanely good he really is. In true Tanner fashion, our latest US rider really went in hard on this one and destroyed pretty much every rail he could get his pegs on.
This is one edit you do not want to miss out one. Welcome to the team buddy!
Music: Saturnine by Electric Wizard
Filmed by Tanner Easterla, Matt Freiheit, and Damion Black, edited by Matt Freiheit.”
Radio Bikes have been making some moves to get ready for 2015 and, along with a bunch of new products, there are a bunch of new riders being picked up. The U.K’s Reece Goddard is now doing it for the flow team! You can get a closer look at his setup right here and expect plenty more in the future.
Tanner Easterla is a name that has been popping up more and more over the past few years and gaining a reputation from some of his gnarly web videos that have dropped in that time. Today, we are stoked to announce that Tanner was recently given a well deserved spot on the Radio Bikes team as their newest U.S rider! As you would imagine with a new sponsor like Radio, that means he is rolling around on a brand new bike! We were curious to see what he was riding, so we got ahold of him for a closer look at his fresh Radio Toren setup decked out with Radio and Eclat parts and then figured we would toss him some extra questions to see what he has been up to these days! Let’s take a closer look!
Name: Tanner Easterla
Here’s a little sneak peek look from Radio Bikes for you. They have given their Toren frame, Wraith bars, Minataur fork and Chrystal stem a little dip in the chrome plating this time around! This will all be available starting next month and you can find full specs and info on their website!
We have been hearing that Radio Bikes was going to be making some moves here and it looks like they’re well on their way based off this news! They have just added the young gun shredder from Germany, Leon Hoppe, to their time! Expect to see plenty more from him in the future!
“We would like to officially announce that 17 year old German street slayer Leon Hoppe has just joined the Radio Bikes team!
Leon is part of the new generation of hugely talented technical street riders bursting out of Germany at the moment and we couldn’t be more stoked to welcome him in to the Radio family. Along with the ability to land some of the most un-thinkable tricks with ease, Leon has an attitude towards riding that makes him the perfect addition towards the team and we can’t wait to start going on trips with him.
Leon came into the Radio office today to build up a brand new setup including our Toren frame, Siren Bar and some 2015 prototype parts you will be hearing about real soon. We will be working closely with Leon and the rest of the Radio Bikes team on developing our new range for next year including a our 2016 line of complete bikes, a new frame, fork, freecoaster hub and more…
You will be able to see Leon killing it for us at the WTP Autumn Session contest next weekend in Trier and on team trips and projects we have planned for this year.”
