Subrosa Quaranteam Mix Vol. 2

July 21, 2020

The quarantines around the world continue and that has put a damper on the team trips we usually see going down over the summer months, but that hasn’t kept the Subrosa team from getting in sessions out in the streets and at a bunch of parks. Here’s another Quaranteam mix filled with clips from the team! Just under 4 minutes of real solid riding to enjoy in this one!

“Actual lockdowns are lifting, but it’s still best to stay clear of people and reduce unnecessary travel, so trips with our team riders are still on hold for now. The good thing is that the team is still shredding and riding street and parks that are open in their areas.

We asked the guys to grab some clips for us that we can put together for a mixtape called Quaranteam and here’s Vol: 2.

Check out Subrosa riders Simone Barraco, Joris Coulomb, Mark Burnett, Rim Nakamura, Lewis Colascione, Louis Otto, Juani Zurita, Bjarki Hardarson, Daichi Teshigahara, Mo Nussbaumer, Miguel Smajli, Emile Bouwman, and Janis Bauska!

Filmed by Levi van Rijn, Kareehm Richardson, Raimonds Petersons, Arturs Lurins, and many more!

Edited by Ryan Chadwick” – Subrosa Brand

Battle of Hastings 2020 – Date & Team Captains Announced

July 1, 2020

Source BMX have announced that the 2020 Battle of Hastings will be going down September 4th – 6th! This year, due to COVID, it sounds like the event will be different from the past few years with it being a closed event that will be streamed online for everyone to enjoy, keeping the riders safe and reducing the risk of spreading things. This may be tricky since the hyped up crowd undoubtedly helped the riders in the past, but it’s the right move.

Source BMX have also announced the team captains for the contest! Sergio Layos, Tom Justice, Courage Adams, Simone Barraco, Alex Kennedy, Ben Wallace, Stuart Chisholm and Kilian Roth! Each rider will be picking other riders for their team, so expect to get those announcements soon!

Either way, we’re super stoked to see they found a way to make this one happen!

“Battle Of Hastings returns to The Source Park this September 4th-6th

After what has been a year of BMX contests and more being cancelled, we are beyond stoked to announce that #BOHBMX will return seeing some of the worlds best compete behind closed doors for a live stream focussed event!

Here are your captains and stay tuned for regular updates at SOURCEBMX.COM/BOH”
