We got a little sneak peek of this at Frostbike last weekend, but Subrosa‘s “Nude Metal” or raw colorway will be dropping in March! Here’s a look at how it looks on their Highlife Upload stem and the Magnum full guard sprocket!

The next stop at Frostbike 2015 was a stop at The Shadow Conspiracy and Subrosa Brand booth to see just what Ronnie Bonner and Ryan Sher have been cooking up since we caught up with them at Interbike! Turns out they have a bunch of new product dropping next month, so let’s take a closer look at just what’s coming!

Well, here’s some interesting news we didn’t see coming! Mark Mulville has decided to step away from the Subrosa pro team to join the Deluxe pro team! Some of you might remember, Mark left Deluxe a few years back to join Subrosa, so this is interesting to see. Deluxe does have new owners with Kris Bennett being one of them. Get the official word from Mark below…
“After 4 years of riding for Subrosa, I’ve decided to part ways.
The move is on all good terms and I appreciate to the fullest all that Subrosa has done for me. It’s been an awesome ride and I want to say thank you so much to everyone involved for making me part of the family!
I will, most definitely, miss the trips with the awesome group of dudes that make up the team. Always a good time with that crew!
In moving forward, I will be joining the Deluxe Bmx pro team.
I am super excited to join the already awesome crew and most excited to be riding for my childhood Bmx idol and friend, Kris Bennett (who is now co-owner of Deluxe).” – Mark Mulville

Here is a look at Subrosa‘s latest print ad featuring Scott Ditchburn and a few of the 2015 Subrosa complete bikes!

There’s no denying that with all of the progression of BMX, there’s been a lot of focus on making putting strength in products where it counts. One of the things we have seen a lot these past two years or so are more brands offering beefier and larger cranks that are designed to take on the heavy drops and abuse that they’re being put through on street, ramps and trails. We have seen a big resurgence of 22mm cranks, along with a few giving the 24mm spindle size a go. One option that will be hitting shops in March are the new Big Bitchin’ cranks from Subrosa that are a larger, more bitchin’ version of their original Bitchin’ cranks that have been available in a 19mm version for a few years now. With them being just a few weeks out from release, we figured it would be a good time to take a closer look! Let’s do this!
Subrosa have added two of Florida’s locals, Lars Tepaske and Francisco Jimenez, to their flow team! These guys both cooked up a split welcome edit that’s packed full of dialed riding showing you just why they are getting the hook up from some park and street missions! Hit play!
“Meet Lars Tepaske and Francisco Jimenez. These two are from the Orlando area, home of Subrosa, and we’ve watched them progress from groms to the rippers they are now.
They’ve both repped Subrosa for a long time now, and it was time for us to step up the support.
They worked together and put together this really cool split edit, and we’re stoked to officially welcome Lars and Fran to the Subrosa Flow team.

It was announced last week that Matt Ray had joined the Subrosa Skeleton crew! Now, we have his official welcome edit that is PACKED full of banger clips showing you just why they picked him up! Matt isn’t scared to send barspins, tailwhips or stretched no-handers, that’s for sure! You’ll want to see this!
“We are very happy to announce the addition of New England based shredder and all around good dude Matt Ray to the Subrosa Skeleton Crew!
Just an example of how hard Matt shreds, is the fact that he only spent a quick stint of 6 days in Arizona for this edit. Imagine what he’s going to get done when he’s got a lot of time to work on a project.
Welcome Matt! We’re stoked on what’s next!
