2018 FloriDeah Swampfest Highlights

Check out all the madness that went down at the 2018 FloriDeah Swampfest!

Over the weekend, BMX riders from around the world invaded central Florida for a weekend of partying and riding a ton of sketchy ramps, a Subrosa Street rail across a giant mud pit and some real dialed looking trails thanks to Trey Jones and the FloriDeah crew! Check out all the madness in this highlight reel from Ride BMX and then another from the Sunday Bikes and Odyssey crew! Expect to see a ton more from this one soon!

“Not since the UGP Roots Jams have so many BMX riders ascended on central Florida like they did this past weekend for the 2018 Florideah Swamp Fest. Astatula, Florida, was the place to be this weekend, with the promise of lots of fun, plenty of sketchiness on and off the bikes, and an escape from the winter weather. Here’s a highlight video featuring all the action from the ridiculously sketchy and unpredictable ramps to the perfect dirt jumps (courtesy of Ryan Herbach and Cody Diggs), to the 64 foot long Subrosa Swamp Rail, and the massive Scotty Cranmer Best Trick jump. Hats off to Trey Jones and everyone else who helped make this event possible.

Here’s a rad video Freedom BMX dropped online featuring Sunday Bikes very own Mark Burnett and their connect over in Germany through SI BMX, Daniel Portorreal, Miguel Smajli and Markus Reuss, getting down on street spots in Berlin this past summer!

“Between Highway to Hill and the Butcher Jam, the three SIBMX team riders Daniel Portorreal, Miguel Smajli and Markus Reuss chilled for a few days with their American Sunday Bikes teammate Mark Burnett in Berlin. Of course, the boys did not just lazy hang around the Warsaw Bridge (but that did), but they also did a lot of cycling. Here is their clips.”

If you have been following the Odyssey VS Sunday Bikes videos the past few months, you know that both teams spent the summer going to work on spots around Providence, Rhode Island and were working on their final team videos for this video contest. Sunday Bikes In Taiwan

Some of the Sunday Bikes team made their way to Taiwan to see what it had for spots!

When you drop Chris Childs, Erik Elstran, and Brett Silva in a place like Taiwan, you know they’re going to find some amazing spots and cook up some incredible riding. Sunday Bikes recently sent the trio over to Taiwan with Walter Pieringer where they stacked a ton of amazing clips on some great spots while dodging monkeys. Check this BMX video out!
