Trent Lutzke “Program” DVD Section

May 30, 2022

The sections from the “Program” DVD are wrapping up! Here’s the ender featuring Trent Lutzke crushing it out in the streets. This has a pretty laidback vibe to it from the song in the start, but the pace picks up and there is a bunch of heavy clips you won’t want to miss. Take a look!

“We’ve got the final section from the awesome PROGRAM DVD for you today, and it’s none other than DIG filmer and new BSD team rider Trent Lutzke. This one’s got a bit of everything from roof to rails, gap to grinds and all the good stuff. Those last few clips are especially wild. Love this guy. MUST. SEE.

Dead Bread – Trent Lutzke “Scenic”

April 7, 2022

Here’s a fresh one featuring Trent Lutzke going to work on street spots around the Midwest for Dead Bread. As always, Trent delivers with grinds on every rail and ledge in sight, making for a solid watch. Take a look!

“Scenic: providing or relating to views of impressive or beautiful natural scenery.

Trent’s riding provides impressive views while moving through spots surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. Filmed across the Midwest, the VX was the medium of choice for capturing the rich colors that these environments provide. Enjoy this feel-good, classic Trent Lutzke piece for Dead Bread MFG, cut by Ethan Grothe.” – DIG

The Daily Grind – Voyages

March 17, 2022

The Daily Grind coming through with a fresh one from some time the crew spent exploring Minneapolis and St. Paul, and then Chicago this past summer. Check out 11 minutes of clips they stacked while out cruising. It looks like they had a real good time during both tricks!

“This video is a BMX collective of footage from two separate trips in the Midwest. One to the ‘Twin Cities’ of Minneapolis and St Paul, and another to the Windy City of Chicago. All comprised of as many of the Daily Grind team that could make the trips happen, as well as some other close homies that came along for the joy of a BMX trip.

Trent Lutzke, Grant Yoobie, Isaiah Johnson, and Gremlin all went out to the twin cities accompanied by Taylor Thompson. Taylor is our good friend and absolutely killed it the entire trip. It is always a pleasure having him join us. We met with Erik Elstran who was also a treat to have with us in a city he knows very well. The boys went wild and came back with some heaters of clips.

The second trip was to Chi town Chicago. We had a larger squad with us here. We had Grant Yoobie, Trent Lutzke, Isaiah Johnson, Gremlin, along with Chase Bucci, Shawn Kluesner, and Mike Vitatoe. Josh Carrasco (Sniper) came through from the area and showed us some cool spots and was part of the crew for this trip. Jordy Kilpela came south from the UP of Michigan with Trent and Grant and showed us he still loves this shit. He’s been killing it for over 10 years and has gotten to be great friends with Trent, Grant and the crew. We also had Trey Roberts come with Mike. This squad was vibing the whole time and it was an amazing time in Chicago.

Filmed Mostly by Trent Lutzke, with the help of Grant, Mike and the crew.
Video put together by Yoobie.

You’ll have to watch through the entire thing to appreciate all the mayhem of clips in these recent Voyages. Sit back and watch the boys go in.

Thank you for following what we do.” – Grant Yoobie

Sunday Bikes – Trent Lutzke “Road Hawg”

October 25, 2021

Trent Lutzke has been on the move, and he’s been stacking clips all along the way! Here’s his newest video for Sunday Bikes giving us a look at what he’s been getting into during he travels! Just over 5 minutes of goodness!

“Michigan’s own Trent Lutzke packed up his van and road-tripped across the country on two separate occasions for this one. Racking up miles on the road and stacking footage in Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Wisconsin, California and of course, the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Trent has been killing it on both sides of the lens for a while now, so we were stoked to spend some time working with him on this one. Road Hawg indeed…

Sunday Bikes – No Service

August 5, 2021

Michigan has been a hot spot for videos lately, and it’s easy to see why. Trent Lutzke got some of the Sunday Bikes squad up there recently, and it looks like they had a blast. Check out what Jared Duncan, Brett Silva, Julian Arteaga and Trent got into in this fresh edit. Small town vibes with plenty of bangers.

“Hold on to your hats folks – this is an absolute gem! DIG filmer Trent Lutzke welcomed his Sunday teammates out to the midwest for a week of car surfing, wild riding clips, angry members of the public, incredible spots and No Service. This is ultimate pre-riding hype. Stop what you’re doing and watch over 10 minutes of grade-A riding from a dream squad.” – DIG

“Having the Sunday boys in town was an idea I have been manifesting since I got put on the team a few years back. I always thought Michigan, especially the northern parts, were super overlooked and practically untouched when it comes to riding. I also thought It could be huge for the riders up in these parts to see pros in their area, get the chance to ride with them, and see that the spots up here are more than capable of providing some heat. There is a scene up here in the north, there’s about one biker for every other one stoplight town and it is important that they see what’s possible on their hometown spots. Seeing Cali footage all day really demotivates a lot of people out this way. Some kids grow up thinking they will never be anything unless they make it out West, and I can only hope that videos like this one show that biking is more than the west coast and more than energy drink sponsors. It is a gift, a gift that brings people together from all over the world and gets you outside living. Being able to meet these guys, I can only hope, provided some perspective that they are just another kid on a bike having a good time. Nobody is naturally gifted, everything we are on our bikes comes from practice. I want kids out this way to see and realize that.
Having Brett, Jared and Julian come and experience the Upper Peninsula for themselves really showed me just how overlooked it was. The winters up here are absolutely brutal and long. The snow almost always sets in by October 31st and isn’t gone until the sun comes back out in May. It can be very detrimental to a person’s riding, which in turn can affect their mental. I hope this video gets people out and getting it while the streets are hot. These northern crust-filled spots were begging for some carnage and holy shit did these boys provide. If there is anything that this video accomplishes, I hope it gets one person outside pedaling because damn did we ever have a good ass time doing just that. Thank you, Sunday Bikes and DIG BMX, for being down to roll with these ideas. It is important to me that the same stoke I grew up on, gets spread to the youngsters coming up on the scene. Bikes baby.

WHOOPS

May 6, 2021

Check out this new mix just shy of 12 minutes that Trent Lutzke produced over the past half year while road tripping. This has a lot of footage from Austin, Texas with plenty of heavy hitters that get some clips in this! Hit play and take it all in, because this is a real good watch!

“THIS HITS HARD! Trent Lutzke just got done with a 6 month journey to celebrate completing college and ‘Whoops’ is the result. Just under 12 minutes of hot heat with the likes of Hobie Doan, Brett Silva, Julian Arteaga, Curly Mayne, Jared Duncan, Keaton Harris and Trent. If this doesn’t get your heart going you’re already dead.” – DIG

“Much like most accidents, this video happened with ease and came to conclusion before we even knew we were making a video. I hit the road in my van this past December with my girlfriend and doggo, to start a 6 month long journey around the country, hitting and seeing places I have always wanted to ride. It was my way of celebrating a 5 year long up-hill college battle that I finally completed this past year. The top of my list for places I wanted to visit was Austin. I had never been to the massive state before this trip and Austin always seemed like an amazing place to ride bikes. When you grow up in the Midwest, places like Austin and LA get put on a pedestal in your mind. It’s amazing to think that there are places with so many spots and so little bad weather. From a young age, sneak watching day in the life videos in middle school computer class about dudes living in Austin, dreaming about getting out there someday to live that life; To saying, ‘fuck it’ and driving my van out there to ride whatever and sleep wherever. BMX is awesome in that way, it’s all about how you make it. Where you put yourself. The people you connect with. And making great friends/memories in the process. Julian, Jared and Hobie all took my girlfriend, dog, and I in like we were family. I can’t thank those guys enough for letting us post up for the month and for all the good times we had. I had never met any of these dudes before, except for Julian when I was really young, and I had no idea how it was going to go. This video was formed by instead of pulling out the phone, I pulled out the HMC and before we knew it, we had more footage than we knew what to do with. Whoops. Soon, Brett tagged in as well and a couple other homies, Keaton from Vegas and the infamous Curly Mayne. Every last one of these dudes feel like family now and this video was just my way of showing my appreciation for all the good ass times we had! I hope you enjoy, and I hope if this video does anything, it just gets you psyched to get up, get out and shred. You never know where the road could take you. Love you boys! Cheers!” – Trent Lutzke

The Daily Grind In Houston

March 5, 2021

After a long winter, The Daily Grind squad decided to head south to Houston, Texas to get some warmth and cruise the endless spots around the city! Here’s a look at what they got into during the trip! You already know this is too good to miss, so hit play and take it all in!

“The Daily Grind boys were fed up with the midwest winter and decided to send it down to Houston, Texas in the middle of February. I love trips during this time of year because the boys are hyped just to see dry pavement, so the sessions always pop off. We had always heard great things about Houston and always talked about getting down there one day. I couldn’t be more hyped with how this video ended up coming out, 3 days of the best weather, spots, and crew we could ask for. Shout out to Houston locals Jeff and Logan for showing us a great time during our short stay. Bikes baby!
