Tyler Fernengel On Rixin Bikes and Merritt

Tyler Fernengel is now riding for Rixin Bikes and Merritt!

As some of you know, after a string of bad injuries took Tyler Fernengel off his bike, leading to a bit of a rough patch due to those injuries, which lead to eventually losing all his sponsors due to his recovery taking a few years. Over the course of the past year or so, Tyler has been putting in the work to get back on two wheels and has been documenting it on his Youtube channel. Now it looks like things are really rolling because he announced today that he has been added to the Rixin Bikes and Merritt teams in this new video where he takes a look at what he got for his new setup in the mail in this unboxing video! This is awesome news an we imagine that we’ll be seeing plenty more of Tyler crushing it into the future. Hit play and take a look! Demolition Parts – Tyler Fernengel Back In Michigan

It has been a little while since we’ve seen a fresh Tyler Fernengel video, but we’re stoked to see this new Demolition Parts video pop up from his time he spent back in Michigan this past summer. Tyler’s battled it out with injuries and health issues the past few years, but it looks like he had no trouble stacking some real solid clips while working on this one! Take a peek!

Tyler Fernengel and Jason Watts OFF Haro

The 2018 Sponsor shake ups begin with a serious bang… Tyler Fernengel and Jason Watts are no longer riding for Haro! Both riders have announced that they will be stepping down from the team after around 4 years on the team for both. Based off the Instagram posts, it sounds like it was their decisions to step down, we’re just not sure what spurred the decision.

Pretty crazy to say this but I have decided that I will no longer be riding for @harobmx. It was a dream come true and fun while it lasted. Some things have changed and I feel this is the best decision for me now. I want to thank @colinmackaybmx for making it into a family instead of a sponsor, but it just doesn’t feel right if we all aren’t together. Here’s to never looking back, not worrying about the future, and living in the moment. ❤️

Could we see more riders leaving the Haro team in 2018? Tyler does hint that “it just doesn’t feel right if we all aren’t together“… Tyler leaves his recently released signature TF frame behind with the decision.
