Volume – Billy Perry Edit

October 29, 2012

Billy Perry coming in hot with some fresh fire! Don’t skip this one!

“Our Long Island connect Billy Perry really came thru with the goods for this edit. Billy is an exceptionally talented bike rider with an ever-expanding bag of tricks. From textbook whips and suicides, to dialed nose manuals with ambidextrous barspinning abilites in the mix, Billy can seemingly do it all with laid back style and a smile. Keep an eye out for a lot more from this guy in the future.

Volume – Tate Roskelley Drifter V2 Promo

October 22, 2012

MOREEEEEEE! That’s all I was thinking when this ended. Tate Roskelley brings some serious originality to the table as always for this new promo for his signature Drifter V2 frame from Volume.

“The second version of Tate’s Drifter Frame is here with a new double butted front triangle, top and bottom gussets for added strength. a wider BB shell and pinched chainstays for more tire clearance, redesigned dropouts to accommodate a hub guard & increase peg clearance, and a lower profile integrated seat clamp area with tapered TT, CS, and ST. Check out the frame here: CLICK HERE

Tate and I put in work for a few days in Salt Lake City & Pocatello, Idaho…plus a few Cali clips thrown in for good measure to wrap up the edit. Tate is without a doubt my favorite bike rider on the planet and it’s always a treat watching him make things happen. Who knew you could pedal in an icepick grind…not once but twice!! Enjoy. -Mastroni

Matty Long Off Volume Bikes

October 11, 2012

Well… I did NOT see this coming. I wonder who they will bring on to fill Stevie Churchill and Matty’s spots….

“ As Matty’s good friend growing up, to his team manager now, it bums me out significantly to see him go. Without going into great detail, what it all boils down to basically is both parties failing to see eye-to-eye for quite some time. We never wanted to lose him and I personally tried my best to iron out some of the wrinkles and look out for his best interests but unfortunately he decided it was his time to go. Matty is an amazing rider and we wish him nothing but the best of luck with any future endeavors, and of course would like to thank him for all the support & great times.” – Volume Bikes.
