Steve Kolb At Asylum Skatepark

Steve Kolb coming through with a batch of footage from his winter sessions at Asylum Skatepark…

This past winter was a brutal one in the Midwest. Fortunately for Steve Kolb, he had the Asylum Skatepark to ride and keep the sessions going. Although it’s hot as hell out and summer, Steve decided to put his clips together from his winter sessions and whipped up this rad new edit. As always, Steve gets super creative and does a lot of tricks most people are doing! Hit play and check it out!

Weird & Revered – Justin Schwanke: Citified

Justin Schwanke is back with a fresh batch of clips from the city…

It looks like Justin Schwanke has been working on a new DVD with the Weird & Revered crew. Over the time they have been filming for it, Justin has ended up with a ton of extra clips, so he whipped up this new edit. We’re not sure how most of the clips in this are extras since they kick a lot of ass, but we’ll take his word for it. Hit play and check it out!

“The word, “citified,” represents the transition from rural to urban life. Going from living in the country to city can be a big change, especially when you find that you now have a whole community of BMX to get to know. Through trying to connect with the local scene Justin and the Weird & Revered crew found it was very fragmented. So they decided to try and bring it together through filming a local Edmonton (Canada) scene DVD. Through this filming Justin has stacked some extras which make up this video.

Mike Hoder damn near died while trying to jump a bridge…

As you probably know by now, Mike Hoder is an absolute BEAST on a bike and he’s definitely not scared to send it. When he was working on his Hot Dogs Who Can’t Read Section, he tried to jump OVER a bridge. Unfortunately it didn’t go as planned and Mike got a pretty good scare, but got out of it without dying. Here’s a video showing you the crazy crash from multiple angles. So crazy.

Scotty Cranmer and crew built an interesting new obstacle challenge…

There’s no denying that Scotty Cranmer and the rest of the guys have come up with some real interesting things to ride since they stared the channel. Here’s a look at a crazy 48 pipe ladder like thing they built for the Fight Your Fight Jam. Obviously the guys had to built it and then test it, and this video shows how it was done. Check it!

“We built a new obstacle that we will be bringing to the Find Your Fight Jam in honor of the BMX icon Kevin Robinson and to raise money for his family. This obstacle is a rope ladder of 48 plastic pipes that you need to ride over and through all 20 feet of it! We also went to my bike shop and rode BMX bikes on some ramps!” – Scotty Cranmer
