From always holding down the whole crew with a place to stay, spots, and good times in his hometown of Las Vegas… to being the first one to get BUCK and film something crazy on the first day of a trip. Matt’s riding speaks for itself and it’s hard to ignore how dedicated and passionate Matt is to BMX. He worked real hard on this section and I personally feel it’s a masterpiece regardless of the fact that he was only able to film on trips we went on together (unlike the rest of the squad who all reside in AZ). Coco Zurita – Fun Session In Frankfurt, Germany

Scotty Cranmer – Pittsburgh Road Trip: Part 2

Part two of Scotty Cranmer‘s trip to Pittsburgh with Big Boy and Ricky Hoffman. The crew spend the day at the Imperial Skatepark with Chris Doyle and some of the locals stacking clips, having some fun and listening to some of Chris’ stories before heading back to New Jersey. “Day 2 of our Pittsburgh Road Trip! Ricky and myself went to Walmart to pick out an outfit for Big Boy! I got him this purple ensemble and he wasn’t too happy about it! Then We jumped in the STI and the GT-R and drove over to Imperial skatepark where we met up with a Pittsburgh BMX legend! Chris Doyle! Dude has 5 X Games medals and 2 number one rider awards and countless other accolades! We rode with Chris and a few locals where Big Boy hammered out a flair challenge! I got called out to double tail whip a gap from this local named Jordan! Jordan also did a crazy back flip to abubaca on a cement roller! After that session we packed up the cars and started our 6 hr drive home to NJ. We had so much fun and we are already starting to plan a trip back in the winter!”

LUX BMX – Denby Chandler Welcome Video

Sosh Urban Motion 2016 Details

The annual Sosh Urban Motion video contest is going down once again! It sounds like this year Arnaud Wolff and Leo Balay, Courage Adams and Cristian Traila and Dennis Enarson and Peter Adam will make up the three pro teams. But this year they have a WILD CARD contest that’s open to 27 countries in the European Union (UK included, don’t worry about that Brexit stuff).

To enter the wild card contest, one rider and one filmer can team up to make their best ONE minute video that you need to upload to Instagram with the hashtag #mysoshurbanmotion BEFORE the September 30th deadline! They will pick one Wild Card team from France and two Wild Card teams from the rest of Europe to compete.

It sounds like the first 15 teams to submit a video will get prizes from the sponsors, so even if you don’t win, you can still win.

Scotty Cranmer – Pittsburgh Road Trip

Scotty Cranmer, Big Boy and Ricky Hoffman invade Pittsburgh on a trip to ride and pick up one of Scotty’s new cars. Hit play to see how the trip went from the drive down to a session at a super fun looking park and The Wheel Mill!

“We took a road trip out to Pittsburgh Pennsylvania for 2 reasons, the first, to pick up something, the second, to ride BMX at some awesome skateparks and have a blast doing it! Ricky Hoffman, Big Boy, and myself hopped into my WRX STI and headed west! We went straight to the place to pick up the “Thing” I had to get then we went over to Carnegie skatepark to ride the awesome concrete skatepark! There were a lot of cool locals we met and rode with! And we all got some tricks in there before we raced over to The Wheel Mill indoor skatepark! The place is amazing and we all had such an awesome last hour of the session and tried our hardest to ride every ramp in the place! Big Boy smashed his nuts! It was hilarious! This is a 2 day video and in the next video we meet up with a special guest and ride another awesome skatepark so make sure you check it out tomorrow!”

Sunday Bikes – Mark Burnett Signature Excelsior Frame

We’ve been waiting to get the details on Mark Burnett‘s signature frame from Sunday Bikes and it looks like that time has come. The Excelsior frame starts out with full 4130 chromoly tubing, a 75-degree head tube angle, 71-degree seat tube angle, 11.8″ bottom bracket height, 9″ standover height and a 13.25″-13.5″ chainstay length. The frame features a 5″ tall integrated head tube, internal integrated gussets on the top and down tubes, a Mid bottom bracket, ovalized seat and chainstays for 2.40″ clearance and, 14mm dropouts with plenty of hub guard and peg clearance with integrated chain tensioners. Note, this frame does not have any brake mounts.

The Excelsior frame is available in 20.75″ and 21″ top tube lengths, colors of raw and translucent winter blue and a weight of 5 lbs. through BMX shops and mail-orders that carry Sunday Bikes worldwide now for $309.99.
