Oh hell yeah! GT Bicycles dropped this fresh video featuring Brian Kachinsky putting a hurting on the streets on their NBS wheels. As always, Brian charges rails, ledges, gaps and more, so hit play and take all this goodness in.
“As Brian Kachinsky demonstrates, the NBS wheels are street tough. These reliable, high quality, low cost wheels will keep you rolling without emptying your pockets. All the wheels feature a durable 36H GT NBS DBL, double wall rim, surrounding a high quality fully sealed bearing hub. The front wheel features a 36H hub with 6061 forged aluminum shell, and 3/8th CRMO female axle. Both the cassette and freecoaster wheels are available in LHD or RHD and feature a 36H hole hub with 6061 forged aluminum shell, 14mm hollow CRMO axle, and 6 pawl 9T driver. Ask for them at your local GT dealer or preferred mailorder.

It’s a new month and that can only mean one thing… Brian Tunney has a new video from the flatland sessions he has been getting in over the course of the past month! (Seriously, this has been going on for almost two years now, and it’s awesome!) Here’s a look at what he got into over the course of September! Always some great riding and proper song selection! “Forewarning: I was almost done with undertakers and then figured out I can go pedal to peg and peg to pedal so I’m seeing this thing through to its natural conclusion. Most of this is new except for one do-over on a better background, and the undertaker kickturn from the start doesn’t look like much, but pivoting and jumping underneath the bike on top of even a mellow bank is harder than I thought it was going to be. I also realize the world is falling apart and that watching old man bmx riding might be a low priority, but it’s my coping mechanism in a crazy world and I hope everyone out there has something similar to help get them through tough days.

“In early September a friend of everyone here at GT was struck down with a life-changing health emergency – our good friend Simon Tabron suffered an extremely rare double-trauma, first a major heart attack and then almost immediately afterwards, a major stroke – it’s no doubt that this will affect Si and his young family’s lives forever, and they need our help.
At times like these, our community comes together and does just that. Simon is one of the good guys: a multiple world champion and X-games medallist, a showman exuding in personality, talent, and a style that just makes bike riding look like a good time. Si also spent a couple of years on the GT UK freestyle team riding in GT Air Shows during the early nineties, demoing BMX to a new crowd, before emigrating to the USA and living his BMX dream.

Here’s some real exciting news! Subrosa have given Rim Nakamura a super well deserved bump on up to their PRO team! Rim has been on FIRE for quite a while now, and it’s easy to see just why Subrosa made the move. Hit play for his welcome video packed with some suuuuuuper dialed riding. Crazy bangers and a ton of style packed into this one. You won’t want to miss it!
“Rim Nakamura has flown the Subrosa flag long before we even met him back in 2011. Rim was just 9 years old when Hoang, Kyle, Vince and myself went to Japan for a trip and we knew then that he was something special.
Since then Rim has been riding constantly and simply getting better each day, and his smile is always ear to ear.
Now Rim is considered one of the best riders Japan has ever had, and he is their current champion.
From X-Games to the Vans Pro Cup Rim cosistanly finishes towards the top of the pack, and his sites are set on the Olympics next.
With the creation of his his signature Subrosa Flight Frame and Wings complete Rim and now the bump up to the Pro team, Rim is going to be unstoppable!
