Terry Adams busts out flatland moves while riding through a few inches of water, on a wooden surface, in a lake, while a wakeboarder jumps over him. Think about that. It’s so ridiculous! See how it all came together in this behind the scenes video.

Cubby’s Birthday Hill Bomb
Now this is one hell of a way to celebrate your birthday! Bombing hills will always be one of the best times on a BMX.
“For the fourth year in a row, we have successfully completed a Bolinas day trip for Cubby’s birthday. Every year he’s added more friends to the adventure, but the itinerary has stayed the same. Drive out from the city as early possible, get to the top of Mt. Tam, jump on the bikes to ride 6 miles down a twisty one lane back road (this time we bombed two hills, one into Alpine Dam the second into Bolinas). From there we ride the skate park in Bolinas for a few hours and then head to bass lake.” – Terry Barensten
Through The Lens: Industry Talk with Ron Wilkerson
When an idea hits sometimes you just have to run with it. That’s exactly what happened when I was on a recent trip up to Santa Cruz, CA. I knew that Ron Wilkerson lives up that way and even though I was only there on a quick trip I had to make some moves and try my best to track him down for an interview. Ron is a straight up legend, he started and owns his own bike company, has incredibly deep roots in BMX. If you don’t have some serious respect for the guy, you might as well just forfeit your title as a BMX’er right now and stop reading this feature. Since the early days on his path in BMX Ron has always had an incredible passion for riding and his mindset is truly focused on bettering the industry. He grew up as one of the top pros in the industry, still rides and has crazy sessions to this day, and he continually works on developing innovative products. To say the dude is a lifer would be a serious understatement. I met up with him one morning for some good conversation and a fresh Acai bowl at Samba Rock Acai Café, which is an amazing place that Ron and his wife own right in Santa Cruz. This one took some work to make come to life so needless to say I’m proud to present the first edition of “Industry Talk” so sit back and enjoy.

The End of an Era: Matt Beringer’s House and Backyard
For the past twelve years there has been a BMX backyard of epic proportions located in Layton, Utah. Sure, it didn’t start out as one of the most historic backyards ever built but over the course of time, and thanks to the support of the home-owner it has surely built up a reputation all its own. The owner is none-other than S&M Bikes pro and legend Matt Beringer. Matt is a character that is actually just as unique as his backyard and that is part of the reason why his yard has become a go-to destination for BMX riders from all over the world. Needless to say, it’s been twelve years of good times and it’s all coming to a close as Matt needs to make some decisions on whether or not to try and keep the house. He is at the point where it’s getting to be more stress than it’s worth for him to keep up on without any support so he posted on his Facebook about putting the house up for sale soon. But first, he wanted to let everyone know that it is up for grabs shred-ready and as-is for $200,000. For any companies looking to invest in an amazing team house this is the opportunity of a lifetime. Located a half an hour out of Salt Lake City, Utah with neighbors that already know the deal and a yard that is ride-able as we speak it would be amazing to see a company step in and take it over. I caught up with Matt to break things down, fill everyone in on the exact details and let him speak his mind on the subject.

Red Bull – 24 Hours in Queenstown with Mike “Hucker” Clark
Mike “Hucker” Clark has been able to lead one hell of a life the past few years thanks to BMX. This video Red Bull dropped gives you a look at just how good things have been in one day. If this doesn’t make you wish you were him, I don’t know what the hell you’re aspiring to be.
“In this clip we catch up with professional BMX rider and Red Bull Roast It 2013 Best Rider winner Mike “Hucker” Clark for a day of fun in Queenstown, New Zealand.
