With the end of the year a little over a week away, we’re starting to see a lot of riders looking back on the year they had. Kunstform compiled a ton of great clips from their team riders that were filmed all over the place over the course of the year into one video. Kunstform Pragfriedhof Pre-Session 2017

Check out highlights from the session Kunstform threw at the Pragfriedhof park…

The Kunstform crew over in Germany threw a session back on December 2nd at the Prafriedhof park for the riders. Plenty of great riding, giveaways and good times! Take a look at what went down in this highlight video.

“On the 2nd of December 2017, our stock session took place again and it was absolutely amazing to meet all the homies again. We had also run a BMX Flatland contest in our Stock room while the others went for a skatepark session to the Pragfriedhof, where you had the chance to win some vouchers for tricks. After the pre-session, the main contest started, in which different groups had the chance to show their skills on the different obstacles we had built up. Even though the ceiling was kissed many times, it was a great end to 2017. You’ll find all photos and results on freedombmx. Thanks to everyone for coming down and for the amazing time! Hopefully see you next year, your kunstform BMX shop team!

How To Brakeless Fufanu with Lee Greaves

Want to learn how to Fufanu, but you don’t run brakes? Here’s a how to video for you…

The guys over at Nowear sent over this short but sweet video featuring Lee Greaves showing you how to do a brakeless fufanu on a quarterpipe! Apparently it’s pretty easy since this is only about 45 seconds long. It’s more of a tip video than an actual how to, but still… Give it a look and then send a few. BMX can always use for fufanus.

Nathan Williams Video Bike Check

Nathan Williams gives us one final bike check with his United Mothership setup…

It was announced earlier this week that Nathan Williams is no longer riding for United, but the guys at Ride BMX had a video bike check they filmed a few weeks back with Nathan that they figured they drop before Nathan switches things up with a new setup. Who he will be riding or, we’re not sure… But this is still a real dialed ride. We can imagine we’ll be seeing another bike check from Nathan in the near future.

“Well, many people didn’t see the whole Nathan Williams leaving United thing coming… Including us, because we shot this here bike check with him a few weeks back. For the sake of not having it ever, ever be seen, we figured it was worth dropping now, even if it is not all that relevant anymore. You can at least get a few insights into how Nathan rides the thing, eh?

The crew over at Federal Bikes just dropped this new Killian Limousin video from the streets of France. This black and white edit has a pretty laid back vibe to it, but don’t let that fool you. Killian takes his pegless style to a ton of great spots and ended up with some excellent clips! Dialed riding, sweet spots and some real clean film work. Get on that play button!

Flybikes – Larry Edgar “Power Personified”

Larry Edgar coming through with another banger for Flybikes!

It’s always a good day when a new Larry Edgar video drops! Flybikes just dropped this new one featuring Larry absolutely CRUSHING it on trails, skateparks and pools out in California. After the year Larry had from landing on the podium at pretty much all the contests to dealing with a few injuries, it’s safe this video took some heavy effort to get done! Needless to say, Larry brings the speed, style and some serious boost to everything he touches! Absolute MUST SEE.

“It’s no secret that Larry is a beast on a bike, goes an extra couple feet higher than the next guy and has some of the best inverted 3’s in the game! With an amazing year under his belt, with high demands from travel and contests, this video became quite the journey. Originally meant to be only a few months in the making, at most, but between travel, contests, scheduling and injuries for both the filmer Nathan and Larry himself, it took a little longer than planned. As they say, good things take time and Larry was able to pull through and get it wrapped up! Power personified …. Enjoy

Evals BMX Jam 2017

Check out what went down at the 2017 Evals BMX Jam down in South Africa!

The scene down in South Africa is always doing something rad. The Evals BMX crew decided to wrap 2017 up on a high note by throwing a jam at the Thrashers Skatepark! Check out this dialed video they whipped up from the jam giving you a look at what went down, then check out some words and a photos that Colin Loudin put together!

“Evals Jam 2017 – There’s something special about end of year jams. They give you the opportunity to get together from around the country and connect before the holidays, look back on the year and conjure up ideas for new events and road trips. Jams like this make you leave with a smile on your face and add the kind of stoke that gets you excited for the new year ahead. Rico from Evals BMX, who is undoubtably one of the most dedicated guys to grace the South African BMX scene. Apart from being a badass rider himself, Rico runs a BMX shop and is really passionate about helping the local SA scene grow from the ground up. The open format jam and best trick/long jump challenges really got everyone on their bikes and sending it without the pressure of a normal contest environment.

It’s pretty safe to say Thrashers Skatepark got one hell of a hiding on the day…

A decent crew from out of town came through including Murray Loubser(Gaansbaai), Eric Garbers(Namibia) and Chiko M(Botswana).
It was cool to see these guys arrive at the park and shred it like it was their local in just a few minutes. Team Joburg/PTA were also in the house. Vincent Leygonie, Matt Duffy, Nathi Steeze, Jason Hood, Francois Bodenstein & Doran Mathewson went b-mode on the park like it was closing down. All these guys did something different, from savage gaps to using the back rails on the park.

Thanks also goes out to Monster Energy, Omnico and Skabanga Crew for backing Evals to make sure the vibe was great. If you’re reading this, hopefully it will inspire you to throw a jam of your own.
