X Games Chiba 2024 – BMX Park Finals

Check out all of the crazy riding that went down during BMX Park Finals!

The X Games are going off over in Chiba, Japan this weekend and the BMX Park Finals was one of the first events on Saturday. With the 8 riders that made it through from the BMX Park Elimination contest ready to throw down, you already know things went crazy. Check out the full live replay above, and the top 3 runs below if you just want to see who took the top 3 spots!

“How medal event is judged:
1 heat of 8 athletes participating in 3 40 second runs each. Best run counts, scored 1 – 100. Judges will score competitors throughout the contest.

BMX Park is a genre of freestyle bike riding featuring a variety of obstacles such as ramps, bowls, quarter pipes, and ledges arranged in a challenging and creative layout. Riders use these obstacles to perform a variety of tricks, jumps, and grinds, incorporating a majority or all features into a single run. The athletes will complete as many runs as possible within the jam session, with their best run score counting towards final ranking. Competitors will be judged based on aggressive execution of maneuvers, degree of difficulty, variety, continuity of run, originality and style, amplitude (height of airs) and use of the course.”

X Games Chiba 2024 is going down this weekend!

The X Games have returned to Chiba, Japan! The contest kicked off yesterday and the BMX Park Elimination round went down to see who will be making the move into finals this weekend. Above is the full live replay giving you a look at everything that went down from start to finish. Check it!

Jason Drury gets some time on the Colony ramps!

Here’s one for the ramp riding fans out there! Jason Drury has been getting some sessions on the Colony BMX ramps lately, and he ended up stacking a ton of great clips from it! Hit play to watch him put his deep bag of tricks to good use all over the ramp. If you’re into early 2000’s ramp riding, you will love every second of this one.
