The second stop of the Ride Further Tour hit the Puls Open Air event in Kaltenberg, Germany! Here’s a highlight reel showing you all the action that went down between BMX and MTB riders. This looks like it was a real good time and plenty of dialed riding went down.

It looks like S&M Bikes have been working on a new plastic pedal for you guys. Here’s a little sneak peek Chris Moeller posted during his trip over to Taiwan (not everything S&M and Fit is made in-house) giving everyone a look at the new GNS Pedals that are made from a nylon / fiberglass blend and have an oversized heat-treated chromoly spindle. Despite the oversized spindle, the pedals are wider but still maintain a slim profile. You’ll be able to use a 6mm hex and 15mm and 17mm wrenches to keep these tight on your cranks. It sounds like these will even be spec’d on a few of the 2018 Fit Bike Co. completes. Check out a few photos in the slides Chris posted on Instagram below…

Let’s take a closer look at the 2017 Crew frame from Stress BMX…
For 2017, Stress BMX have made a few subtle changes to their Crew frame that we’re sure you’ll be into.
The 2017 Crew Frame is made from full 4130 chromoly tubing with a 75-degree head tube angle, 71-degree seat tube angle, 11.5″ bottom bracket height, 9.1″ standover height and a 12.9″ chainstay length. The frame starts out with a heat-treated integrated head tube with an etched Stress logo, internal and external top and down tube gussets with the Stress logo, a heat-treated down tube for dent resistance, a heat-treated Mid bottom bracket, integrated seat post clamp, “Wolfbone” gussets on the seat and chainstays for increased strength and additional tire clearance for 2.40″ tires and heat-treated dropouts.
The 2017 Crew Frame from Stress is available in Gold Camo, matte black, glossy grey, matte clear raw colors, 20.5″, 20.8″, 21″ and 2.25″ top tube lengths and weighs in at 4.74 lbs. You can pick this BMX frame up from BMX shops and mail-orders that carry Stress worldwide now.

Etched and machined Stress logo on the top tube gusset. There’s Internal and External gussets on this frame for increased strength.
How amazing does this Gold Camo color look?
Integrated seat post clamp. You can also see the smaller Wolfbone Gussets on the seat stay.
The Wolf Bone chainstay bridge gusset that Stress chose to use to give more clearance for the short dropouts. Looks clean and adds strength.

Here’s a rad video we spotted over on Can You Dig It from the Cosmo Trails Jam that went down the other weekend. The trails were looking primed up and there appeared to be plenty of riders ready to drop in and throw down. Check out some highlights from the day! This place looks like a ton of fun to ride.

These Mic’d Up videos from Ride BMX are always hilarious, but it’s even better when you strap a microphone on Tom Dugan! This time around they had Tom mic’d up during the Socal Road Trip during a trails jam at Mike Saavedra‘s spot. As expected, plenty of laughs and swearing in this one, plus plenty of riding footage to see! Just incase you missed it, check out the Rockstar SoCal Road Trip video!
“I met up with the Rockstar dudes during filming for their Socal Road Trip edit and decided to throw the ol’ mic on the one and only Tom Dugan. To be honest, I edited this a couple weeks ago and kinda forgot exactly what goes down. I do remember that there’s lots of cussing, Chase Hawk run commentary, and incredible amounts of randomness from the brain of Mr. Dugan.
Many thanks to Mike Saavedra and the whole Palms Trails squad…unfortunately this unique gem of a trail spot was torn down shortly after this was filmed.”
