Kanode Knows – Connor Keating

July 1, 2024

Connor Keating sits down for an interview on the Kanode Knows Podcast!

The latest round of the Kanode Knows Podcast from Bobby Kanode has arrived. This week he catches up with Connor Keating for a 3 hour conversation talking riding, sponsors and much, much more! Get on that play button to give it a listen.

“Wow that’s a corny title what’s happening to me. I had a good time Saturday having a couple beers and talking with the one and only Connor Keating. If you’ve been in BMX in the last decade you already know him and his biking speaks for itself. Big fan of Michigan homies.

I hope you all enjoy this episode and I’ll see ya next week.” – Bobby Kanode

Stash BMX – Robin Slootmaker “Crust Keys 1”

July 1, 2024

Robin Slootmaker in Taiwan!

When you consider that like 90% of BMX bikes and parts come from Taiwan, it’s almost weird we don’t see an endless supply of BMX videos coming from the country. It’s especially surprising when you see the spots they have on there. Although we do see some pop up here and there, when a fresh video featuring a guy like Robin Slootmaker going to work on a ton of spots, you really can see what the country has to offer. Hit play to watch Robin slay everything he came across during his latest visit!

“Loving all the footage coming out of Taiwan lately, and now we’ve got another fresh dose of Taiwanese street gold for you via Stash BMX and Robin Slootmaker. Looking at all those spots, we need to book a flight!” – DIG

“It feels like yesterday, I still remember around 2013 when I was still a college student in Kaohsiung, I saw this guy looking hella bmx, I knew he was a rider. That night KS legend Aga (Jason) called me saying there was an American dude haning at the shop (Liberty BMX Shop). It was Robin Sloot!
Since then we started to ride all around Taiwan together for over a decade, this old man is 35 now! I still can’t believe the stoke is still high, he still keep pushing his style and skill to the next level, and most important of all he still enjoys riding, traveling with the homies more than ever! Recent years he’s been active in Asian bmx scene, dedicated to bringing more riders around the world to this beautiful island This is going to be a very original crusty Taiwan street video.
