This hub starts out with a CNC machined 6061-T6 alloy shell that has 2 sealed bearings with a 14mm, heat-treated 4130 chromoly female axle inside and longer 35mm chromoly bolts to keep things tight. The Cortex front hub has narrower flanges for better spoke clearance, allen key hex on the bolts and each hub comes with the 2 of the new Cortex hub guards to protect the hub from grinds. The Cortex front hub is available in Black and Polished colors through BMX shops and mail-orders that carry Eclat worldwide now!
