Milan Recknagel over at Get A BMX sent through his latest video from his summer cruising his local trails and skatepark! There’s no place like home!
“2015 wasn’t the best year for me, having spent half of it off injured, but that only made the fire burn stronger when I was able to throw a leg over. After a particularly intense winter/spring digging Monkey Bumps was better than ever with a bunch of new stuff to play on.
This video wasn’t exactly what I had planned, comprising of just one proper filming session which the rain cut short and a few end of session clips. But there is some guinea pigging footage to enjoy.
Thanks to Marco Wood-Bonelli who shot most the footage, as well as Joe Howard and my awesome girl Lisa Marsh for filming too. Thanks also to those who made the sessions this summer the best they’ve ever been, Invictus Bikes for supporting a trails guy who can’t do tricks, and Bike Rehab for helping me out more than often. Shout out also to the few who dug, especially my main spade brother Andrew Bilsboss Bilsborrow. Till next year!

Tis the season to start seeing some holiday inspired BMX Jams take place! Freedom BMX have released this BMX video from the long running Advents Jam over in Germany! As always, the jam had a big turn out and there was a ton of excellent riding that went down from some of the well known riders to some of the up and coming guys. Hit that play button and take a look at what went down!

It’s pretty awesome seeing how much some riders travel. Artem Prokopenko has been on the move as of late bouncing around from China, to the United States and back to the Ukraine. Here’s a BMX video of clips he collected along the way.

Richard “Titch” Thomas coming through with a trails and skatepark mix with a touch of American Gladiators for a good laugh. Watch as Richard cruises all the lines at Grandma’s Trails and blasts some cement at a local skatepark or two. This has good style and a solid mix of tricks making for a good watch. Take a look!

Last month during the deadly ISIS terrorist attacks on Paris, France, BMX lost Mathias Dymarski and his girlfriend. Theophilus Colin put together this excellent BMX video filled with footage from a number of trips that he took with Mathias to different parks around France, Germany, Spain and more to show everyone that Mathias was not only an amazing person, but a talented rider. It’s never easy losing one of our own, that’s for sure. Rest in Peace, Mathias! You will never be forgotten.

Mathias was one of those people, rock’n’roll fans who would enjoy life with his friends and his girlfriend at the Bataclan this Friday, November 13, 2015 … the wrong place at the wrong time.
He was a fan of Rock but above all he was passionate small acrobatic bike … and it is thanks to this that many of us know him!
I had never taken the time to do a solo part for the good McCain, but he was against all our roadtrip videos because he was always ready to travel with friends.
I fixes it by making him the installation with the best pictures of him lying around on my hard drives. The selection was difficult because the kid is talented and he is very photogenic …
I hope you can see this from the top, with your beautiful Mary. Forever in our hearts, we will continue to take you everywhere with us! On our little bikes!

We have seen BMX pop up in a lot of commercials, music videos and random places over the years. Here’s another one to add to the list! Badger’s Bluff released this commercial featuring Simon O’Brien and one other BMX rider having their way with a custom built big wheel bike. There’s some four-piece bars and Odyssey Twisted PC pedals on this bicycle, so it’s safe to say if they strapped a few pegs on the bike it would be ready for the streets, haha. All jokes aside, it looks pretty fun to ride and I could go for some whiskey…
Justin Schwanke just sent through the latest Weird and Revered BMX video featuring Logan Kirzinger putting in work on Justin’s backyard and a few different skateparks. This also has a few guest clips from Justin and a handful of pretty funny extras mixed throughout. All in all, it’s a real good watch! Take a peek and enjoy!
