Shape Bicycles dropped this quick BMX video from a trails jam that went down at the Run Trails over in France recently. Although it looks like it was a pretty small get together, the trails looked like they were running smooth and plenty of good times were had. Take a look!
Merritt – Insert Bar End Quick Test
Well, that’s one way to test some Bar Ends. The guys over at Merritt giving their Insert bar ends, which feature a metal washer, a test compared to a regular nylon bar end to see what kind of abuse it can withstand. After watching Mike Brennan slam on the bar ends with a hammer, it’s safe to say these things were built to take the abuse that BMX can throw at it.
“Today we filmed a quick little video at the warehouse to show you how our insert bar ends hold up way better than your average pair of push in bar ends. The Bar ends are Nylon with a molded in steel washer that prevents handlebars from cutting through the bar end.”
Bangers 2015 – Nico Van Loon by Johannes Dreyer
Another day, another dialed section from the Freedom BMX Bangers 2015 BMX video contest! Today we’re treated to Nico Van Loon‘s section that was filmed and edited by Johannes Dreyer that ended up taking first place overall! After you watch this video, it’s clear to see why he took number one… Excellent riding, great spots and some very clean filming and editing. All in all, a great watch! Highly suggest you get on that play button and enjoy this one!
Mathieu Poiss Barbier – Paname
Mathieu “Poiss” Barbier getting out from behind the lens to spend some time collecting clips in a number of cities over in France. Mathieu cooked up some solid lines where he mixes a lot of spins and freecoaster action together. All in all, a real solid BMX video worth taking a look at!
“Mathieu Barbier, better known under the name “Fish” is a Parisian Rider who spends a lot of time behind the camera.
2015 was the opportunity to work Poiss to edit a street in Part focused on itself.
Defense, Créteil, Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines or Courbevoie were a few cities with wrinkled Poiss.”
Bombacol BMX Crashes
Crashing on a BMX bike sucks. It’s never fun and it usually always ends up hurting, which I guess is what makes us tough as nails, but that’s another story. The Bombacol crew dropped this mix of crashes from the trails, skateparks and street spots they have been getting a whooping from lately. Definitely a few brutal slams and some lesser rough crashes to take in. Be ready to drop an “Oooooooh” or two.
